Help!!! We have 7 accounts in our family and they all work fine usually. One of them recently started not giving credit toward the full day of classes and has been 15 days until recess for weeks. Now, as of today, that same account won’t allow us to spin the wheel of Wow. It was my grandma’s account and she gave it to us so we could use it for things like wheel of wow prizes when she couldn’t play on it anymore. Also, my account tells me I have already played the prize claw game any time I try to play it (I don’t care cuz i don’t really like doing it too much). What can we do to fix this?

Has she updated he credit card and updated on her tablet lately . If any of these need to get fixed it can cause a tablet not to let an account play on mobile stuff. I just updated my tablet with new credit card and stuff my self .Have your folks visit and check . Since she is a grandma like me and cares she will be glad to help ;) !
Sadly tiny19540212 she can’t use a tablet or computer anymore and does not have credit cards either. If that is the problem then I guess we just won’t be able to use her account anymore. We like to get on every once in a while for prizes or to play w/ her hummingbird (or store extra items haha) but no one wants to change the rooms because she decorated them and it reminds us of when she played with us.

You can win Tokens on the Wheel of Wishes, on the logout games, and you get one on your birthday. If you’re a Deluxe member, you also get one every month with your Deluxe Gift Box and they are often prizes in the monthly challenges.
SO FEW times I get any there same as everyone getting 400 for the Raziel slide is impossible they will change rewards before I get 400 . LOTS of peeps here complaining .

I use CHROME for playing all games . I have AD BLOCKER PLUS so I don’t get the ads. I play my FIRE FOX with the ads running to “VISIT the Mayor” and get the ads. This is just so much easier because I have BOTH ways already set up for me ;) GL
