Dear webkinz, the Wheel of Deluxe on my account has not been working for a little over a month even though I do have a deluxe membership. I emailed webkinzsupport@ ganz.com about it and they asked me for all sorts of information about what server, operating system, browser, memory, direct x, and my webkinz password. I sent in about problems before, but they never asked for so much personal information and my parents are worried that giving all that information could allow some bug or virus to enter our computer. I really want to stop missing out on deluxe things I paid for myself with the membership. Please Help.! 082003m
If you are using Edge as your browser, please try Chrome. If you’re using Chrome, try hiding your dock. If it’s not recognizing that you are Deluxe, try going to Vacation Island — that usually helps the system remember your status.

I’m excited about the new prizes on mobile and the deluxe wheel, but I never once got any of the haunted/ black and white paintings from last month’s WOW mobile prizes… There were 3 to win, but I never landed on a single one! For some reason, I feel like that happens a lot. Is it just my imagination..? Wishing everyone lucky spins!! C: KCKisses ♥
I also feel this way about mobile WOW. I tend to land on the same things over and over again, but hardly ever on the ones I want. If there’s a trick to this, I can’t figure it out!
ONLY WAY I get some of these is to add more accounts with the family . between all of us a couple will get something and we share with each other. Me I have 3 accts all started with the free pet and I paid for 1 for each acct every year only no more, If I find a pet and I already have it I save it for one of the other accounts. PLUS you do get to do the beginner games again for rewards . But do this BEFOR the holidays because you have to EARN and finf the hosts it’s a blank slate . GL
