Ella McWoof here! With your help, I’ve sniffed out some important information about the X-citing new project, Webkinz X!
Now, in my EXCLUSIVE SCOOP, here’s more information straight from the TOP SECRET documents!
While some new features like the Pet Care Heart, Family Score, or Pet Requests will give you a whole new way to play, some of the updates for Webkinz X are refreshing many of the old elements with a new look!
One of the new looking elements is the Dress Your Pet window. Here’s a preview of what it will look like when you log in later this summer!

You’ll be able to access the Dress Your Pet Window by clicking on the clothing icon next to the Pet Care Heart. As we continue to make further improvements, you will be able to Dress Your Pet in more and more places all around Webkinz World!
We have also moved the Pet Buddies button out of My House and into the Dress Your Pet Window. However, at launch Pet Buddies will only work in the Clubhouse, with a temporary button being added there to allow you to switch them. We will be adding Pet Buddies and the ability to switch them everywhere around the site soon!

Meh — don’t love it. Seems like “fixing” something that isn’t broken and already works well. Agree with those who don’t like the blue/purple — it would be MUCH easier to see the pet’s outfit against a white background. In fact, all the new stuff looks kind of dark to me.
This looks like Amazing World…..I wonder if the dock will be more like AW, too. That would make it easier to load dock items, especially for players like me who can’t seem to clean out my dock fast enough, lol!

Cool! I hope the next thing to be revealed will be either the dock/things to do menu or the room.
I like the look of the dressing window, it’s fun and fun looking but I’m not thrilled at losing my pet buddies :-(. I don’t visit the clubhouse unless it’s a part of challenge and am trusting that it will be reopened back up in my pet’s house.
