With so many changes to such a massive game, there are still some issues we are working on. However, on a regular basis we will be fixing these issues until everything works much more smoothly. At the same time, we will be working on some of the long-awaited features that our fans have been asking for!

If you cannot log in OR if you are logging in and seeing a frozen screen, please follow these steps:
1) Clear your cache (especially in Chrome). Click here to learn how or on your Chrome browser tab, hit Options>History>Clear History>Clear Cache.
2) Check that your Flash Player is up to date.
3) Re-type your password in the login box to light up the Log In button. Saved passwords won’t light it up until you re-type it.
4) Try a new browser.
5) If you’re still experiencing issues, contact Customer Support at webkinzsupport@ganz.com.

For those who have been asking, the next batch of item fixes will be tomorrow (Monday). We’ve also made over a hundred game fixes which we are currently testing and will push Live (along with another batch of item fixes) with our next site update on Wednesday, July 29th. Thank you for your patience during this time.

If you watch a movie, at the end or during the movie you can’t close the theatre. Help!
I tried to log in but it got stuck loading! Does anyone have any suggestions?
Glad to see others having the same issues. I liked being able to scroll through the rooms. I could log on but had a hard time getting to where I wanted to go. I lost my July Challenge. I was almost finished and now its gone. Yes, the pets are too demanding and hard to please. Mine keep asking to buy clothes and I don’t want to buy clothes or go shopping. It is harder to navigate through things now. Yes, I game for giving it time. I want my challenge back.
Webkinz I love you very much, and I have since I began playing you back in 2007. However it seems like receently every update ruins it for players. I have lost a lot of the things I loved about the game over the years, but not enough to make me quit. For instance when deluxe memeber ships first game out, i was slightly upset as I was never going to be able to be deluxe however it did not hinder my playing experience. But now deluxe and the estore made it difficult to play my favorite games, get rare items, and even go on vacation. Now with this new update, I cannot even get on to my game and I have cleared my cache twice. But after reading the comments I am not even sure I want to get back on the game. I really do not want to leave the game, but as a long time player I feel short-changed, excluded and more frustatred with the the numerous glitches and problems that keep occurring, like how i cannot even log in to my game now.
Couldn’t get my garden in my house or Alyssa’s Star catcher in Magic Forest to work. Glad I did most of my garden yesterday. None of my w-shop plants even show up right now. Plus I had several invisible or half invisible pieces of furniture
Alright, I understand that you are trying to make your website more ‘Modern’ but It is very unpleasing to the eyes. I have one huge suggestion for you guys. You should take my advice and change the site back to normal. I know I’m asking for alot from you guys, I would appreciate it even if you had the ‘Zoom out’ icon. I find it very inconvenient that I have to scroll down to my doc, and it also loads very slow. ( My pet turtle is faster). I used to enjoy this website alot, now it’s just a disappointment. I shouldn’t have to adjust my spectacles when simply logging into my Webkinz account. I find this very stupid. I thought this was for freaking 10 year olds, not a website like Facebook. Soon you’ll be able to upload pictures of yourself with all your little Webkinz. Im not trying to start stuff here, I just want my opinion to be accepted. Thank you for your time.
When your pet wants something from the W-shop, buy food. They are always hungry now. In 40 minutes mine ate 5 full recipes and a dozen snacks. Make sure to go to diner in Clubhouse for free recipe and Deluxe members need to use buffet in vacation island
Gennelle Webkinz, my pets eat more than ever. I can’t keep up with them. Please slow the rate of hunger, this is unrealistic. Nobody can eat 5 recipe foods and still be hungry.
A lot of work has gone into this new version of Webkinz. The new version looks good. I especially appreciate the advice to Chrome users. However, I am somewhat troubled by the pets’ demands: when I first logged in, they came fast and furious, and they were demands. No more “Can I have a new outfit?” Now it’s “I want a new outfit.” I want this and I want that. The fact that my response is timed is also troubling. No more leisurely scrolls through the clothing store to find just the right piece of clothing; just find something and slap it on your pet! The entire experience is starting to feel more like a contest than a pleasant visit with my pet. I’m sure things will be tweaked in response to users’ comments. I hope mine will be considered.
Hi Ganz, I can’t drag and drop the floaty boxes in my room, screen just freezes. I don’t know if I got the prizes or what the prizes was. i can’t login in on google chrome either. Thanks
That’s happening to me, too. The floaty prizes don’t open, the screen freezes and grays out, and I have to log out and back in again (at which time the levels all take another plunge).
