With so many changes to such a massive game, there are still some issues we are working on. However, on a regular basis we will be fixing these issues until everything works much more smoothly. At the same time, we will be working on some of the long-awaited features that our fans have been asking for!

If you cannot log in OR if you are logging in and seeing a frozen screen, please follow these steps:
1) Clear your cache (especially in Chrome). Click here to learn how or on your Chrome browser tab, hit Options>History>Clear History>Clear Cache.
2) Check that your Flash Player is up to date.
3) Re-type your password in the login box to light up the Log In button. Saved passwords won’t light it up until you re-type it.
4) Try a new browser.
5) If you’re still experiencing issues, contact Customer Support at webkinzsupport@ganz.com.

For those who have been asking, the next batch of item fixes will be tomorrow (Monday). We’ve also made over a hundred game fixes which we are currently testing and will push Live (along with another batch of item fixes) with our next site update on Wednesday, July 29th. Thank you for your patience during this time.

Gennelle – My hearts are not filling up fast enough for me. I’ve been playing with one pet now for 1 1/2 days and the heart is hardly filled up. At this rate I will never be able to play with 10 pets a day. Can you tell the team to fix this problem. Thanks.
“New and improved”. At least let us be able to change outfits in the clubhouse. This is just all kinds of awful.
I agree with the people who said stuff about the pet meters. I like everything else but that. It’s so sad to se my 10 yr puppy and dragon all sad. If your anyone like me, if they have a request and you don’t do it, it makes me fell bad. And if their hungry and I see their sad little faces I feEl so bad. I know I may seem like a softie but I’ve got a 4lbs yorkie in real live who is always sick. He has had 1 surgery and 3 x-rays and he’s not even 1 year old. I really care for animals. So please please Ganz plrase fix the pet meters so they aren’t so miserable.
I’ll ask again and hope that Gennelle Webkinz will answer. The walls and floor of my Decade Dragon’s room (Wings) don’t meet. Can this be fixed? It was fine before the changeover.
I hope you guys will see that this was a big mistake and put it back to the way it was, (minus the animated ads that freeze everything up, even on fast computers with a high speed internet connection). We won’t think any less of you for admitting a mistake. We all make mistakes and we live and learn from it. Please go back.
I think it’s pretty cool but maybe if the pets didn’t need food quite so often that would be great. I had over 100 birthday cakes saved up (I have a lot of pets) and within two days they were gone. On the old site, it would have taken me ages to get rid of them (hence why I had so many). ALso, my pets all look sad when I go to the ‘my pets’ section even though their heart is full and I made sure they were fed/healthy before selecting another pet
I totally agree catchick! Its so frustrating seeing your webkinz so sad when you worked so hard to give them what they want! I hope this is fixed
I do not like the new Webkinz. Everything is cluttered together, you have to scroll down to see your pet (I.E. Employment Office) AND your pet is demanding. Now that the new webkinz is here, I’ll won’t play Webkinz that often. I play on Webkinz like, every 2 days, now I’m going to have to play it about every 5 days. They should just go back to the old Webkinz. P.S, It looks like the mobile Webkinz App.
By the way just so you know I have spent over 3000 kincash buying food and my pet has also eaten 71 strawberries and I don’t know how many carrots and some of the daily food already and it has been 2 days.
Does anyone know where the marshmallow collection is located now? I’ve looked in my room, but I can’t find it.

I’m not sure I like the new webkinz. When I go to the trading room it won’t let me trad anything and when I open up certain things i cant x out!!
