With so many changes to such a massive game, there are still some issues we are working on. However, on a regular basis we will be fixing these issues until everything works much more smoothly. At the same time, we will be working on some of the long-awaited features that our fans have been asking for!

If you cannot log in OR if you are logging in and seeing a frozen screen, please follow these steps:
1) Clear your cache (especially in Chrome). Click here to learn how or on your Chrome browser tab, hit Options>History>Clear History>Clear Cache.
2) Check that your Flash Player is up to date.
3) Re-type your password in the login box to light up the Log In button. Saved passwords won’t light it up until you re-type it.
4) Try a new browser.
5) If you’re still experiencing issues, contact Customer Support at webkinzsupport@ganz.com.

For those who have been asking, the next batch of item fixes will be tomorrow (Monday). We’ve also made over a hundred game fixes which we are currently testing and will push Live (along with another batch of item fixes) with our next site update on Wednesday, July 29th. Thank you for your patience during this time.

I really can’t stand how whiney the pets are ” I want a new outfit, I am hungry, I am tired. ” Even if they have new clothes, just ate 100 pieces of food, or are in bed! Plus I cannot play Whacky Bingo and i have lost 1000s of e-points!
My pet eats like a pig! Sometimes when i feed him he gets more hungry instead of less hungry. I hope that is a glitch that is going to change. every time I feed him one thing I have to scroll my screen down again to get to the food and him, so it is really annoying. I wish I could see everything on my screen instead of scrolling down all the time.
How do you get the pet’s energy level up? I will feed my pet and have it almost at 100 and one more food item and it goes all the way down. This is like playing with the zums which I hated and quit playing cause it was too frustrating. I really hope it doesn’t continue like this. I don’t even bother trying to feed them anymore. I don’t like being asked to buy clothes or items from the wshop either. It’s just all too confusing to me but I am still trying to be patient and hoping things will clear up after the shut down. On a positive note, I do love the new look. As with anything there are pros and cons.
My pets are always sad and hungry! This is way too much to handle and I spend all my time buying food for my webkinz and I cant do anything else! I hope the update fixes these problems.
OK this is not awesome, my pet has turned into a relentlessly demanding and unsatiable nightmare. No matter what I fed it, endless meals, and game and clothing I never filled the heart!!!!!!! and I spent all the money I wanted to spend on the Ichaban room on a dreamy sheep that i couldn’t keep happy and so neither am I. Please fix the demand levels so that webkinz world will be enjoyable again because right now I don’t think it is. I couldn’t make one pet happy and I have 75 of them. It’s a nightmare!
I don’t like the new webkinz. I didn’t play yesterday and I play everyday. I am trying today to renew some interest. We’ll see…
i really like the new update, but the marshmallow challenge isn’t on my screen. Where could it be?
I can’t get in through internet explorer at all…I had to download firefox.(makes things work choppy so not a fan ) Couldn’t get the other browsers to work at all….a lot of issues going on which you are working on but this is a kids game meaning a lot of small kids are playing it and don’t have a clue how to download browsers and things so it should be complatable (like the old one) so we don’t have to do this…The new program lay out is GREAT for the smaller kids though so hopefully every issue is ironed out quickly…and everyone gets to enjoy the game..
My TV doesn’t work anymore! ):
GRANDMA: My 3 kids DO NOT LIKE IT AT ALL! They have 1 computer for 3 of them and could manage to play at same time with each other, go to the party, etc. Now with all these changes they cannot do this: whole screen with something in a middle. Many games and activities are not working, many items gone. They answered on your survey and did not get 50 kinzkash, as it was before. Map with rooms is very uncomfortable: they have too many rooms and take long time to get from one room to another. They said that if you are not going to change it back, they refused to play. They do not want to be slaves for heir friends and constantly serve them with demands. They spent already bunch of kinzcash for food and please them. It is very bad idea with “X”!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
