With so many changes to such a massive game, there are still some issues we are working on. However, on a regular basis we will be fixing these issues until everything works much more smoothly. At the same time, we will be working on some of the long-awaited features that our fans have been asking for!

If you cannot log in OR if you are logging in and seeing a frozen screen, please follow these steps:
1) Clear your cache (especially in Chrome). Click here to learn how or on your Chrome browser tab, hit Options>History>Clear History>Clear Cache.
2) Check that your Flash Player is up to date.
3) Re-type your password in the login box to light up the Log In button. Saved passwords won’t light it up until you re-type it.
4) Try a new browser.
5) If you’re still experiencing issues, contact Customer Support at webkinzsupport@ganz.com.

For those who have been asking, the next batch of item fixes will be tomorrow (Monday). We’ve also made over a hundred game fixes which we are currently testing and will push Live (along with another batch of item fixes) with our next site update on Wednesday, July 29th. Thank you for your patience during this time.

My 2 sisters and I for last few days played Soccer Challenge and none of us got any successful goal!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! How it is possible? None of us even once!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I could play in the arcade everyday until today. What can I do when my pet wants to play a game and I can’t get one to open?
I love the new concept, but please put the dock to it’s original version. It’s to small and hard too find things.

I dont like the new update! I miss the old webkinz!!!!! ;( Iv’e been playing since I was 3 and there have been several updates since then obviously but I like this one the least!!!! I want the old webkinz back!!!!! ;(
I’ve been playing since I was 7… and I too miss the old Webkinz… it makes me sad that they changed it so much…

You have asked us to let you know of problems on the new Webkinz site. Here are some I’m experiencing: 1) The hearts are emptying 100% – not 25%. 2) The walls and floor don’t meet together (Wings’ “Nest”) – there is a gap. 3) Some of my pets aren’t able to access the outside garden rooms. They are standing in one entrance, but that entrance has plants in front of it. Before, they would go in from another entrance that was unobstructed. Hope this helps in the fixing process.
I do NOT like this new Webkinz update! I like that you now have to be responsible for your pets needs, but they are too demanding and I have over 60 pets! The whole scrolling down to get to my dock is also not convenient and it takes so much longer to anything now. Please for the love of Webkinz and all your loyal followers……Please give us the other style back! I understand the need to make things better but this wasn’t it.

Gennelle – I’ve encountered a lot of problems with the new Webkinz X and I hope you can tell the team about these before Tuesdays update. I want to know the number of items in my dock as I seem to be missing items. The Map House needs the up & down arrows and side to side arrows back as it doesn’t work for me holding the left click on my mouse. Our pets are way too demanding. I’ll run out of kinz cash very soon if they don’t stop. I don’t need you to tell me what pet to play with as I want to be able to choose myself. The pet page goes way too slow and I’m missing my 3 hamsters. Don’t they count as pets too? Any screen I’m in constantly freezes up and I have to keep logging in and out. You need to reduce the number of pets we play with on a daily basis. As long as I’ve been playing I have NEVER played with 10. Six would be the max and that should be enough. Your screens are way bigger than my computer and as a result I constantly having to scroll up and down, up and down with everything I need to do. The dock is too small where the items are and the other part is way too big. We are not blind and for those of us who have bi-focals its hard to focus properly and part of the dock is in the way of some of the games in the arcade so playing them is very very hard. I just log out and don’t bother playing. The last date we played with out pet is wrong. All of my pets should have 2014 or 2015 dates and not go back to 2010. The Clubhouse is not connecting when I try to go into a room. The dress bar moves up and down, up and down and back to the same spot not letting you pick the category. I don’t like the fact you use my REAL NAME and not my username when my pet tells me something.
also, another thing (sorry if i complain about this new version i just don’t like it) i wish there was a way that if some people don’t like then new update you would have the option to switch whenever you want (from new to old) you know what i mean? i miss Dr.Quack. another thing it’s kinda creepy because the webkinz just won’t sot blinking.
