With so many changes to such a massive game, there are still some issues we are working on. However, on a regular basis we will be fixing these issues until everything works much more smoothly. At the same time, we will be working on some of the long-awaited features that our fans have been asking for!

If you cannot log in OR if you are logging in and seeing a frozen screen, please follow these steps:
1) Clear your cache (especially in Chrome). Click here to learn how or on your Chrome browser tab, hit Options>History>Clear History>Clear Cache.
2) Check that your Flash Player is up to date.
3) Re-type your password in the login box to light up the Log In button. Saved passwords won’t light it up until you re-type it.
4) Try a new browser.
5) If you’re still experiencing issues, contact Customer Support at webkinzsupport@ganz.com.

For those who have been asking, the next batch of item fixes will be tomorrow (Monday). We’ve also made over a hundred game fixes which we are currently testing and will push Live (along with another batch of item fixes) with our next site update on Wednesday, July 29th. Thank you for your patience during this time.

I am trying to check all my rooms to see what all does not work or things missing i have over 100 rooms MY BIG SUPER SIZED LOLLIPOP SLIDE IS MISSING…. my spas indoor pools missing my trampolines and the one I still have does not work some of my big christmas things I still have days to go to look in all my rooms.I really need my gardens I have 7 that is what fed my pets and made my kinzcash it is taking to much kinzcash to keep buying food.I was working on the new room theme but I am afraid things will disappear.PLEASE TELL ME ALL MY MISSING ITEMS WILL BE PUT BACK!!!!! I am a grandmother that took over my grandsons account in 2007 .I play every day.I am disabled so webkinz is all I do at least half a day .I have about 96 pets and almost 200 rooms I buy and decorate so you can see I am a LOYAL webkinz fan and do not want to lose any of my items.I hope this all gets fixed soon. cmsrockz
Oh – and I do agree that it’s a bit irritating that no matter how much you feed the pets they all have empty hunger meters in seconds. I quit feeding them and now they’re sad but they rarely ask for food so I’ll just leave them like that. I can’t afford to feed them!
Nafaria is here to trade stars. She keeps telling me to collect more but I can’t because Star Search is broken.
Erm…. A bit late, I know, but I think there’s a new glitch and I just bought some new clothes and there’s huge white holes (weird holes that should not be there) in my new Faded and Frayed Shorts, some jeans ad a new shirt but there’s weird black holes in it (again, unnatural and not what it looked like in the preview when I bought it)… And I got a random Fedora that is black but when I put it on my pet, it’s red and white striped… Genelle or Steve or someone please tell me this is just a weird glitch and no one has hacked my account or something??
Oh and in addition to my 7 reasons I forgot to add an eight I cannot play any music instruments like my piano, radio, or drums
Top reasons why new webkinz isn’t fun 1. I’m spending a ton of money on food 2. My rooms are missing walls 3. I cannot use my tv’s 4. I cannot use any of my rides like roller coaster, bounce house etc. 5. I cannot see any of my pools or use them 6. I can no longer log in under auto log 7. It still hasn’t been fixed
Is there a way to keep the screen from jumping up every time I put a berry in the jar at the end of Jumbleberry Fields? It’s really annoying to keep scrolling down the screen for every berry. I also get logged out every single time I’m putting berries in the jar. The preserves shelf doesn’t work for adding berries now, so at the end of the game is the only time I can fill my jars.
I love the prizes in the Family Score Prizes. When I finished the 15,000 level, (Surf Pool), I got a question mark in my dock. Excited to see the surprise “Surf Pool”, I put the ? in my room and nothing happened. I got no surf pool, nor did I get the ? back in the dock. After all that work…a big NOTHING. I just want to make Ganz aware of this glitch. Another glitch is I can’t play with my Mazin` Hamsters. Only one shows up in my family of pets where there should be seven. The one I play with needs only a few more Agility and Strength in the Academy until I get my diploma. This is also the hamster I play with whenever I enter a competition in the Webkinz Stadium. I can see the hamsters in their room, but when I try to play I get switched to a different pet. I hope this gets fixed. I especially miss being able to get my diploma.
Hopefully it will be out by tomorrow, July 15 since it’s closed today it will hopefully be out then. I’ve not been on in a few months and when I was going to switch my pet I saw at the bottom were it says that your animals will expire, it was not there.
I’ve logged in several times today, wasn’t closed unless it was really early, and it was still the same.
Oh my God, I think I’m going to have to take a break from reading the comments. This much negativity & anger is poisoning the atmosphere & ruining my experience. Patience & constructive suggestions would go a lot further in helping Ganz address the launch issues than bitter complaining & threats. See you guys, sometime, I guess.
