With so many changes to such a massive game, there are still some issues we are working on. However, on a regular basis we will be fixing these issues until everything works much more smoothly. At the same time, we will be working on some of the long-awaited features that our fans have been asking for!

If you cannot log in OR if you are logging in and seeing a frozen screen, please follow these steps:
1) Clear your cache (especially in Chrome). Click here to learn how or on your Chrome browser tab, hit Options>History>Clear History>Clear Cache.
2) Check that your Flash Player is up to date.
3) Re-type your password in the login box to light up the Log In button. Saved passwords won’t light it up until you re-type it.
4) Try a new browser.
5) If you’re still experiencing issues, contact Customer Support at webkinzsupport@ganz.com.

For those who have been asking, the next batch of item fixes will be tomorrow (Monday). We’ve also made over a hundred game fixes which we are currently testing and will push Live (along with another batch of item fixes) with our next site update on Wednesday, July 29th. Thank you for your patience during this time.

Gennelle Webkinz – my gardening is not working and I’ve updated Flash Player and did the cookie thing, but my garden hasn’t changed in a week… Also, a few of my beds are showing up, but I can’t put my Webkinz into it like the Okapi special item bed. Finally, my Alyssa Star Challenge won’t let me search for stars! Please help!!
I am getting used to the new site. I still reserve the like or dislike of it. I still have a lot of missing furniture I am afraid won’t come back. My fountains are not working. I only have half tables in some rooms. I just wish I knew when the problems will be fixed, if ever. Then what will we do about what is missing or whether it will ever come back.
Used to put my pets to bed all the time during and when i’m done playing. Now because of the update, they’ll have to stay outta bed. Why? Put my pet to sleep for 5 minutes and when I woke him up he was STARVING! Hunger dropped down to 0! This is the main thing why I do not like the new WebkinzX. The pets are more demanding and harder to take care of. I wish you guys actually stuck with the way they were before. Only needing food once every 10-20 minutes. Now its like every 30 seconds they want something!
I’m having too much trouble with this update! There is too many glitches and its not my computer, my computer is really fast. It is also has a bunch of lags. It’s super frustrating and I hope you fix it soon.
do you need to unlock the actions or are they currently fixing it and not letting us use it? i’m not too sure
Greetings! I no longer look for replies to my own remarks b/c way too difficult to find/not sure if my messages even get posted, but DO BELIEVE THAT SOMEONE MUST READ MY MESSAGES AND PASS ON MY THOUGHTS, right, whether they get posted for all to read or not… Ok, here goes…although there is something in every one of my somewhere around 600 rooms WITH ISSUES, and although some of those are even prizes I have just won from the new pokemon ball or have purchased from the eStore–”eventually” everything will be visible and everything will be functional, right? Could you please reassure us as to WHEN that might be and it is ok w/ me if you go offline a day once a week to make it happen FASTER…We must sound as demanding as the pets, but we have the right due to our huge financial investment. MY NEXT POINT: CAN YOU PLEASE FIX/ADJUST THE ADS SO THAT ONLY ONES ARE ACCEPTED THAT WON’T SHUT DOWN EXPLORER EVERY 3-5 MINUTES, CAUSING US TO HAVE TO LOG IN AGAIN? Please! Once things are back on track and we are able to trade again, it would be heartbreaking to lose a much-awaited trade due to an ad we do not want OR PAY ATTENTION TO in the first place!!! having so many problems still! i haven’t been able to play my star challenge since the update. i’m frustrated that my pets hunger meter is at 98 then drops to 0 in a matter of seconds, it’s every pet i have! same with the sleep meter. items are still missing, or can’t be used. any way to fix these problem?
I like your new way you have done things but you please fix some issues. I can’t put my berries in the jars.,some things are blue blobs and you can’t use.,you get thrown out of the games to much and must always clean your cahace more than once.,I nener see anymore that when I play the parents questions I get money for. please try to fix these things.
Things are very slowly improving for me, but I do have a bit of a glitch report. I still have a ton of trouble getting in anytime but very late at night otherwise I get kicked out repeatedly. The screen resolution is slightly improving. A few things I’ve noticed is that for some reason my signature african wild dog is very difficult to get the meters up compared to other pets. Also I went into my bank vault room and found my old bank vaults that retired years ago are now giant sand castles instead. The graphics are switched I guess. I now have sand castles where golden vaults were sitting previously. Also all my candy trees work except my marshmallow flower tree I just got from the estore. That one is not producing. About every other time I log in on Chrome the dock is barely visible and I can’t scroll out to see it. It doesn’t show no matter what I try (scrolling or using the zoom doesn’t help). I have to log out and in until it finally shows up correctly. The pets are still consuming more food than they should and won’t stay full. Kinzcash is going going gone every day (thanks for the kinzcash coins in the floating packages today). The arcade games are working a bit too roughly in some cases to play and make very much money. I had trouble at the employment office too. I can’t access the trading room at all. When I try to fill my jumbleberry jars I get kicked out every time. That’s all I can think of right now, I’m getting too tired to think.
