With so many changes to such a massive game, there are still some issues we are working on. However, on a regular basis we will be fixing these issues until everything works much more smoothly. At the same time, we will be working on some of the long-awaited features that our fans have been asking for!

If you cannot log in OR if you are logging in and seeing a frozen screen, please follow these steps:
1) Clear your cache (especially in Chrome). Click here to learn how or on your Chrome browser tab, hit Options>History>Clear History>Clear Cache.
2) Check that your Flash Player is up to date.
3) Re-type your password in the login box to light up the Log In button. Saved passwords won’t light it up until you re-type it.
4) Try a new browser.
5) If you’re still experiencing issues, contact Customer Support at webkinzsupport@ganz.com.

For those who have been asking, the next batch of item fixes will be tomorrow (Monday). We’ve also made over a hundred game fixes which we are currently testing and will push Live (along with another batch of item fixes) with our next site update on Wednesday, July 29th. Thank you for your patience during this time.

Wow… Just went on new Webkinz… Left me at a very bad kind of speechless… My pet is way too demanding. Wants me to buy something when I SO don’t. Who’s the one controlling??? Me! Not my pets. :I This is a weird ‘improvement’. Might as well try again, right? I guess I need to get used to this but…. I can’t find any thing that I like about Webkinz X. “X marks the spot” as people say but this doesn’t seem like ‘treasure’. I agree with other people that this is a chore, not a game. I put my pet to sleep and go see the map and my pet keeps having these annoying ZZZ’s poping up. And my pet is half cut off at all other places besides my home. Ganz, please listen to our comments. Ok, went back on Webkinz. It wasn’t as bad! :) It was fun really. I just hope Ganz will add the number of stuff you have in your dock and make us not have our pets AS demanding. But it’s a pretty good update, I guess I’m used to it! ;) LOL! Guys, give it a chance!!! :) It will be awesome when it doesn’t have sooooooo many GLITCHS!! :D -k19r
Hello! I assume you want as much constructive feedback as possible, so here goes…SO FAR I have encountered the following issues: 1) (and a biggie) OUR MARSHMALLOW COLLECTION EVENT IS NO WHERE TO BE FOUND! & I should have gotten the grand prize today. 2) The Ghost’s Gold Doubloon slot in my dock is empty [i.e. there is still a space for it but it is not visible]… Likewise, 3) Both WOW and Vacation Island indicate that my dock has a respective coupon, which it DOES NOT. 4) The floaty gifts cannot be opened. I will keep you informed as I encounter other issues b/c I am a nice person & because I love Webkinz, but so far I am not feeling the love for this change. My pet is a spoiled, whinny brat with a sad look on his face. Also, I spent nearly $1000 kc at the spa and though it took my money it did not appease my brat… FAIR WARNING TO EVERYONE TO HOLD ONTO YOUR KC–I hate to dip below one million so had to do things to earn some back… :) Finally, one big issue for me is that the names the pets call me (on two accounts) are now inaccurate, as one was a gift from a friend whose child bored of Webkinz and one is a fake name we used for my child b/c we did not want to disclose personal info to register. Please tell me how I may change these accounts so at least my pet is whining to me!! TY, TY!!!
kaye10: 1) The Marshmallow Collection Event icon is on your Map of Kinzville, as stated in a Today’s Announcement today when you logged in. 2) We’ve indicated that there’s a large list of items that we’re still working on getting visible again, so that will occur in the next couple weeks 3) Same issue as (2) 4) We’ll note that 5) Email Customer Support about names at webkinzsupport@ganz.com
Please make displaying your Family Score an option. I absolutely hate that it’s being show to the world. It makes me not want to even go into the clubhouse. Please give us a privacy setting for that. I don’t feel comfortable with sharing my private family score with everyone. It’s a bad idea to force people to display this for many reasons. I’m also a bit concerned that when I turn my phone on it looks like you might even be going to display it there. Please Ganz give us the option of hiding this if we don’t feel comfortable with sharing it.

I am having many of the same issues but realize it’s new and lots of glitches that will disappear (hopefully) over the next few days. Biggest complaint: can’t see the dock, window images way too big apparently for my computer. I can see some things but can’t move/scroll/resize (?) to get to the dock or my pet.
Are you sure there’s no scroll bar so you can get down to the dock? When I was in the arcade, I thought the dock was gone, but then I realized I could still see the tips of my fox’s ears, so I knew it had to be lower on the screen where I couldn’t see. Then I noticed a scroll bar on the right, and that’s how I got down to my dock. Maybe you just overlooked it? Check again, maybe it’s there!
I realize it’s hard to get used to changes, but there are too many changes to get used to all at once! I agree with Fracktail, the changes that have been implemented mean this is now a chore, rather than a fun game. I look after several accounts. I play Webkinz to relax, and only about 1-2 hours per day. I have a family to look after and can not afford to put in more time than that. With all the new pet demands, I can’t get keep up. I played Jumbleberry and couldn’t see my dock to put my berries in the jars. I clicked on the options to find the daily activities and it wouldn’t take me there. Worst of all, I can’t find my Marshmallow challenge. I was only 1 or 2 away on all accounts to claim my prizes. If anyone can help me find that challenge, please post here.

Hi j.–fellow frustrated user here. My advice is not to worry about the Marshmallow thing b/c it is obviously their bad & they will have to fix it. I, too, would have had the grand prize by now. IF they print it, I have listed all the issues I have thus encountered in a separate message. Is it poor taste to declare I HATE this change? I miss my wonderful dock and the ease of playing. Don’t fix what isn’t broken…. I HATE my pets being demanding…..I could go on (and on……but you already get it….) Try using your cursor, btw, to move around and be able to get to your jars–that’s what I figured out….GL!!! :) –k.

I used to play Webkinz to relax too, but it’s hardly relaxing anymore. I can see how it would be even less so when you add the responsibilities of raising a family…now that our Webkinz essentially act like a more demanding version of that, we might as well just take up babysitting in the real world if we want to play something like that. Come to think of it, Webkinz X is starting to seem like a site-wide version of the Babysitting job in the Employment Office!

Fracktail, just so you know, Webkinz pets are not “more demanding” than real live children. I know, I have raised two. There’s simply no comparison. And, as they have stated multiple times on multiple articles now, the “requests” problem is going to be properly adjusted, along with the overactive meters. Yes, the site has ADHD at present, but it will improve. My advice is to Remain Calm and Go To Webkinz. >^..^<
The Marshmallow Challenge is on the map of Kinzville now. As for the dock when you’re in the arcade, it’s still there, but you have to scroll down a bit to see it. I only realized the dock was still there because I could still see the tips of my fox’s ears. It’s still annoying having to scroll up to the game and down to the dock, but at least you can still get your berries in the jam jars that way. Oh, and for the daily activities you don’t do under “options,” you go under “Things to Do.” It’s the big button on the bottom right. Then all the icons for the various places in WW will come up, and Today’s Activities is on the right side of the top row, I believe. I hope all that helps!
Marshmallows challenge is now on the kinzville map screen, but mine wont open to ask friends. Good Luck
