With so many changes to such a massive game, there are still some issues we are working on. However, on a regular basis we will be fixing these issues until everything works much more smoothly. At the same time, we will be working on some of the long-awaited features that our fans have been asking for!

If you cannot log in OR if you are logging in and seeing a frozen screen, please follow these steps:
1) Clear your cache (especially in Chrome). Click here to learn how or on your Chrome browser tab, hit Options>History>Clear History>Clear Cache.
2) Check that your Flash Player is up to date.
3) Re-type your password in the login box to light up the Log In button. Saved passwords won’t light it up until you re-type it.
4) Try a new browser.
5) If you’re still experiencing issues, contact Customer Support at webkinzsupport@ganz.com.

For those who have been asking, the next batch of item fixes will be tomorrow (Monday). We’ve also made over a hundred game fixes which we are currently testing and will push Live (along with another batch of item fixes) with our next site update on Wednesday, July 29th. Thank you for your patience during this time.

Very confusing…can’t find any of the usual activities and I’m not I even sure I got logged on. I think you were not quite prepared for all the changes. Hope I can log in sometime today and keep working on my marshmallow challenge.
I can’t log into Webkinz on Internet Explorer, but I got the log-in screen to work on Mozilla Firefox. I can log in on Firefox, but it immediately goes back to the homescreen. Other than that, everything looks awesome! :)
Firefox is now letting me log in, but it’s telling me that I need a plug-in to show the content. I just finished updating my plug-ins, though.
I feel so dumb now! I forgot to restart my computer after running the updates. XD Webkinz X works now. I LOVE IT!!!!! It runs a little choppily, but that’s to be expected. It was worth the wait. Thank you, Ganz!!! :)
AT LEAST make the rooms back to normal. AT LEAST do that. Is that so hard? I wouldn’t complain that much if you AT LEAST kept the rooms the same.
Sometimes when I feed my pet her hunger level goes DOWN!
Hi Genelle! I have one little question; why is my pets’ hunger going down so quickly? Because of that, I have lots of sad pets that I just can’t keep up with! Plz help!
Our balancing is a bit off right now, so we’re working on fixing the hunger and energy levels.
Granted I’m a mom and probably shouldn’t be playing Webkinz, but I HATE the “new and improved” site. As a mom of 3, Webkinz was my little sanity break during the day to play a few quick games here and there. Now I have these very needy little Webkinz pets, requiring WAY too much attention! Definitely not fun anymore!
Well…when I first started Webkinz, I had kids at home, too. In fact, my main account was originally my daughter’s, but while she may have grown up some, her mother certainly hasn’t. :o) Lots of adults love Webkinz. I firmly believe you should like what you like, and don’t worry about being ‘too old’ for it, or whatever. That said, yeah. This sounds overwhelming and horrific. I still can’t even get in to see the damage yet, and the comments are making me kinda glad on some level.
Agreed! And why in the world shouldn’t you be able to take that “sanity break”? I’m an adult and work full-time. I used to look forward to getting on Webkinz for awhile and letting the work day drain away. This is more stressful than my job! The pets eat vast quantities of food and are never full, want to do or wear or play something different with every second breath, and are tired while they’re sleeping. So much for a break from the day.
They are working on our concerns & will adjust everything. PLEASE don’t go away, Zeph317, I have looked for & enjoyed your comments for YEARS. Give it a few weeks for them to iron out the inevitable & unsurprising launch problems. It will be good again!
I started online with my grandsons, way back when, as I was the computer geek and babysitting after school. Now, they are teens and this is still my relax time. Hey, colouring books for adults are out, why not Webkinz? LOL

So far, I’m liking Webkinz X–I do have one issue today, though. When I bought new clothing at the Kinzstyle Outlet, my account was “double-charged.” The items cost exactly twice the price marked. Is this a known glitch?
AHHHHH THERE ARE TWO OF THEM!!!!!!!!!!!! THE FIRST WAS TOO SAY! BTW I can play that song on the piano… ( learning it XD)
I do NOT like this new update. Every time I go to the arcade or places like that, I cant see the full screen and I have to scroll down every single time I want to see my pet or dock. Also my pet is hungry ALL THE TIME. I had about 20 pieces of food and she ate ALL of them in less then ten minutes! And then I bought more food and she ate all of that too! I miss the old feel and look of the game already. I understand that the game needs updates to keep people playing, but I absoulutely can not stand this!
I do like the new update, however the health meter does go down very quickly, I cannot see my items dock most of the time, and I cannot get place to place because the things to do option does not show when I go to the arcade, or any other place for that matter.. I trust that these bugs will be fixed. I am looking forward to exploring the new Webkinz!
