I did 3 of the 12 tasks and now need to dig up the key. I clicked on Rafi and he says “Rafi wants to talk to you in the clouds”. How do I get to the clouds?

CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME?
Ok– I don’t have an adventure park pet but I am trying to do the Valentine’s Day Quest and cannot access the underwater room or the cave where I need to get to dig. I am trying to find the cloudy key but cannot access the rooms in which i need to dig whatsoever!! The Cloud room loads for me though. It’s really upsetting because I want the prize! Can someone please help me??
P.S. My pet is NOT wearing clothing. I know clothing can be a problem so I took it off her, but the problem persists. I even tried different pets. :(

Hi HoneyBunches (cute name) the room in the clouds that you need is at the bottom of the main room on your left hand side (not the entrance room they are sort of next to each other) the entrance to the ship is at the end of the pier/dock you must have done all what has been asked of your quest to enter either. The ships entrance is on the side of the ship,I hope this helps and you can play the quest ,If anyone else has ideas that I have over looked please help. good Luck everyone :) dew
