hi,I play this new webkinz game,strted on my cell phone and after I downloaded from windows on my laptop,but I can not see Spike on arcade or free cappuccino on desktop app,just from google app.my daughter account have the same issues,we have to different laptops,tryed both but still nothing
You installed the new Webkinz through the Microsoft Store and you can’t find Sparky in the Arcade or collect the cappuccino from the Cafe? What do you see when you login through the Windows app?
the place where Spike is on cell phone is empty in arcade room,the rest of is normal ,in Cafe can not see the cappuccino to get it,but I can get free candy from arcade and diamond cookie from showroom.I installed the game first from google play and after few day downloaded desktop through Microsoft .

This is random, but has anyone ordered the new webkinz and tried to adopt them on webkinz classic? I tried to adopt my golden retriever but it says the code is invalid. I know I typed it right, and I even tried a second time so I’m not sure what to do now.
Turns out there isn’t a glitch after all haha. I should’ve done my research before I commented. XD I saw that the codes won’t work until later on in the month. Oopsie :P
You will need to wait until December 16th. There was a notice on the order page that the Webkinz Classic codes will only work after maintenance on December 16th.

Webkinz Classic will not be a website for much longer. You will need to download the Webkinz Desktop App to continue playing once Flash support is discontinued
Hi Sally! When will the flash free version of the desktop app be ready?
It’s available now. It should automatically update when you launch the Desktop App, but if it doesn’t, just uninstall it and then download it from webkinz.com again
Get an adult to download the desktop app. You don’t want to stop playing.
