Wow! What an honor! Elwin and I have been called upon to do some designs for the Webkinz World-renowned Henrietta Hippo Theatre. The Green Room is where performers wait before their cue to go onstage. The space needs to be a calm, relaxing place where actors, singers and musicians can put the final touches on their costumes and make-up and collect themselves before a big performance.                 This is the Green Room now. With the dark walls and white floor it’s a got a bit too much contrast for my taste. And the Blooming Couch and Charm Forest Mirror are very busy. We want performers to be able to really relax and feel at home here.                       Here is Elwin’s take on the room. He’s put those Chandeliers to good use again. Hi! It’s me, Elwin. Hailey’s and my friend, PJ Collie, was so happy when we helped her out with redecorating her basement apartment that she asked if we would come into the KinzStyle Outlet and take a look at the Makeover Room. It’s a pretty cool room but PJ said she was just getting pretty tired of the yellow and she wanted to change things up a bit. So we decided we would each have a go at it and PJ could decide which option she liked best.               Here’s the original room. Not bad, huh? But I see what PJ means about the yellow. It is kind of overpowering. Let’s see if Hailey and I can do better.                     Hailey came up with this casual and relaxed soft green room. The Bloomin’ Room wallpaper, with its funky flowers gave us great starting point and the floor-to-ceiling Queen of Pop Closets offered a ton of storage. Dear Nibbles, You will never guess what I just heard! We came across another ship while we were out sailing and Dogbeard anchored his ship nearby and took a dinghy across to meet with the other captain. When he came back he said that the captain told him that he is in search of a mythical island ruled by a magical creature with long ears and a cottony tail. He said that the island was the source of untold riches, but that the ruler was a kind being who loved to share his treasure with the world. But the captain told Dogbeard that the island is only accessible for a short time in the spring and that if we want a taste of its spoils, we will have to find it before the magical creature takes off on his worldwide trek in a couple of weeks. What could it mean? What do you think the island is? And what could the treasure be? The captain invited us to join him on his quest to discover this elusive land. Isn’t that exciting? Hey, readers! It’s Hailey. My brother, Elwin and I have been tasked with another cool project, redecorating the Arcade Cafeteria. The Cafeteria is a great place to hang out when you’re visiting the arcade with friends, but it’s kind of a mish mash of furniture. They asked us to come in and try to give it a more fun and unified look. Elwin and I each did a design so let us know which one you prefer.             This is the original design. It’s okay, but I don’t really know whether it say ‘arcade’, you know? Also, there seem to be a lot of different styles of chairs and I’m not sure about those orange counters. They’re a bit glaring in this space. We want to create an area that is fun and welcoming where players can mingle while they enjoy their snacks.                     So this is Elwin’s design and I have to admit, it’s pretty awesome.
