Hi, bunbun456! Unfortunately, with the way that manufacturing works, there’s no way that we could do something like this. At best, virtual versions could be made available for a week. But remember, retired pets just aren’t manufactured anymore — but you may still be able to find them at retailers or online.
Hi Fiona. It’s always nice seeing you here. All the Easter events going on are really nice this year. Do you think maybe next year they would make a Easter room in the club house ? How do you shut off ALL the sounds from the arcade games? I hit the note but that just stops the music. I want all the beeps, and whistles to go away. I do not want to turn the sound off on my puter as I want to listen to other things. THX – Ellen1970
Good question! If you really don’t want to mute your whole computer, then there is a workaround — if you’re in Chrome, you can right-click the top bar and select “Show as tab.” Then you can right click the tab and select “Mute tab” — that will mute all of the sounds from that tab without muting your whole computer. Hope that helps!

Hi Fiona have three questions: 1. When is the haunted toilet going to be fixed? 2. Will we ever be able to sell the gobs of extra estore clothing that we get when we buy the mystery bags? I have two rooms full, and 3. The new cracked egg costume cannot be stored in any of my storage bins. What closet or storage item can I put this in? Thank you.
I clearly DON’T know how manufacturing works. Doesn’t Webkinz still have whatever formula there is to make the old Webkinz? Webkinz has rereleased some retired Webkinz before. Why can’t they rerelease old Webkinz? I would like an answer better than “that’s not how manufacturing works.”
Ganz is a wholesaler, not a manufacturer. That means a run of pets would have to be ordered. With anything mass produced, the smaller the quantity ordered, the more expensive it will be per unit to produce. Assuming that the manufacturer even still had the old template, it would still be more expensive to make a short-term batch of pets. In terms of other pets, our orders used to be larger, so we’d have much more stock in our warehouses. Retiring a pet just means no more will be manufactured, not that we won’t sell it anymore. If it’s in the warehouse, it’s fair game.

Great questions, and great answers! I have the same problem as Ellen1970. Sometimes I want to listen to other music while playing a game, but the sounds can be kind of annoying. :/ Also, I hope they take the Easter thing into consideration! That would be pretty neat! :)
Yeah!! I use mute tab ALL the time. Its a great workaround!
I just had a weird problem with my account. I adopted my oatmeal kangaroo a few days ago, and I noticed its oatmeal cookie trampoline is missing from its room today. I found it in my map stuff in my kinzville map. I tried moving it but it’s staying in my inventory. Is there a way to get it back?
That happened to me once with something, though I do not remember what it was, and I just sold it. >.<
I’m going to try to beat Sally to saying contact the support team. I don’t know the link. That’s probably why I still have 19 extra Christmas gift boxes from a few years back. I have no idea if they open, but I don’t want to try.

Oh no! That is the same thing that happened to me when I adopted Casey, my Signature Ocelot. That’s a good question, resolution. ;)
THIS HAPPENED TO ME TODAY!! With the Floral Princess Bed! It disappeared from my pet’s room and reappeared in my map stuff! Now I can’t get it back! :( :(

Going with the retired pet question, is the sweet spice cat retired? I cannot seem to find it anywhere online!
I just got a Sweet Spice Cat at a Hallmark Store this very Webkinz Day. It’s not retired.
I can’t find it online, though. Is there a reason for that? I can’t find it at the estore or on Amazon anywhere.
I’m not sure. It’s a 2016 per so it shouldn’t be to hard to find.
