There are so many! Why couldn’t this have been fixed before Webkinz X were released??

These changes are happening because of Webkinz X, they are working on them still. They got most items to work, but still have more to work on.
I have a feeling this is going to take a long time. What I mean is I think they could have had more of this sorted out before they released it, but they wanted to get it out more quickly, and I don’t think that’s worth it.
Pokekinz, I totally agree with you. If there were that many changes, they should have waited to roll them all out at once. Transition makes it more confusing for young users, too!!!
Respectfully, I disagree. Sometimes there are things you CAN’T even know about until you release the product. Plus, they’ve been working on this for two whole years, and longer. As a daily player for at least 8 years with over 30 pets, I don’t find these missing and incomplete items to be a hinderance to my gameplay. Sure, I have a dispenser that isn’t dispensing food, and a lamp that won’t turn on, but in the end I’m still getting my daily spins on WOW, I can still play all the games, I can still do everything I could do before and things are working a whole lot better. My w-shop can load without freezing me out, I can get in the Clubhouse much much faster, and don’t have to log out every time I want to go into the Park. I can wait for a few lamps in my room to turn on.
Thanks! I agree about not being able to know until the product is launched. I can live without ALL of my missing or incomplete items until they get fixed. The site does look better and is a little easier to navigate. I am sorry you had all of those problems before, doodlebug72898 but am happy they are now fixed. I DO have many problems getting the site to work. I wrote an email to customer service but it will be a while to get a response because they have mega users to respond to. This too is totally normal and ACCEPTABLE. However, I have been experiencing increasing issues with the site the more I try to do and it is very frustrating. I’d be contacting GANZ many times (sometimes, the problems fix themselves as Ganz becomes aware of and fixes glitches). I empathize with the pains of beginning something new and applaud (the hardworking employees) you for your dedication. I’m always a greater or better person as I come out of the growing season. I’m trying to practice patience and that is hard when I am frustrated. I think I’ll start my own list of problems and cross them off when they are fixed. I’ll give it awhile to see if the problems are fixed. Then I will contact customer support to thank them for fixing all my problems or give them the opportunity to fix remaining issues. I LOVE PLAYING ON THE WEBKINZ SITE and like the improvements and am excited to play on WebkinzX in the future.

Wow. That’s a lot of items. Well okay, whatever, I understand what’s going on and Webkinz X is a huge change. A change that I love, so I am willing to allow a few (..well a whole lot of) items to be missing or incomplete. They’ll be fixed sometime soon anyway. =]
Based on how hard they worked on Webkinz X (taking weekends and late nights) I’m sure they get this cleaned up in week or two.
I seriously DON’T think Webkinz X is even going to be cleaned up this year let alone 2 weeks. It is October 21 and I am STILL having the same issues I was in July. So very sad…. :-(
omg…i was going to ask if i could get some of my pets back that i had and i still have the codes……BUT i will wait….lol you seem to have enough on your plate. LOVE WEBKINZ you have a great site…my kids started 10years ago and now the grandkids and I play everyday….

Yeah, really. I was scared for a second when I went into my ballerina themed room and some of the items were not working. Now I understand why. Webkinz X has been mostly successful! There are a few bugs to work out but you guys have a TON to do right now so great job and I can’t wait to see what the future holds!

I couldnt find how to post on the right thread on fb but the mocha swirls wallpaper is showing up different than it used to. It more orange and has a city window, instead of brown swirls.

Why can’t you get this fixed. This is half of my account. Plus I just bought another item from the estore and it disappeared. Well I’m not buying anything else or renewing my deluxe account until it is fixed. Not wasting any more money.
