Well I have been patiently waiting for all of the missing and non functional items to appear or start working again and thought I would pop over here and check this list. WOW!! I was expecting the list to be down to under 100 items by now and I am truly shocked at how long the lists still are!! I understand that Ganz worked on the “new” Webkinz for over 2 years and to be honest I am not bothered at all by the new WW, some things are better some worse, but once you play for a while you get used to it and it is fine. I have started to make a list of all the items in my accounts that are gone or grey or not working properly or at all and the list was getting kind of long. I am disappointed that in the 2 years leading up to the launch you couldn’t have “caught” more of these problems and fixed them. I sure hope that when you say you are working hard on this issue that you really are…not just one or 2 people but a whole bunch of you!!! I really don’t want to wait a year to contact you with my issues only to be told that it’s too late to fix them or they can’t be fixed or something like that. I am patient, I will wait… but please please keep up updated. And a short note once in a while would be nice instead of us just having to hunt down this thread to check the lists that we hope are current. Thanks Ganz for all of your hard work… don’t let us down now!!
