Hey guys, its me i already commented before but please reply if lately you have been having a problem with A LOT of items missing because i logged on recently and so so much of my valuable items were gone, but some were still there and my currency was fine, anybody else having this problem?!?!
I am missing A LOT of items that are very big and expensive pieces and some are on this and some are not and i have never had this many go before please someone help or look into my account if you are on the ganz/webkinz team because as far as i know i don´t think i got robbed lol but we never know so someone please help :((((
My Big City Movie Screen is still missing
I know everyone working to make Webkinz great for us is super busy, but can we get an updated list for 2019? We know you’ve all been working on this for a long time, but maybe it’ll give some of us a little peace of mind if we get updates on our items that are fixed and being worked on still. Also, I have a roller coaster shaped like the Magic W that doesn’t work, and maybe it would just be easier to say that all of the televisions are incomplete. And maybe stop selling or allowing trade for these items until they’re fully functional? I hate spending Kinzcash on a brand new item that I can’t even use.

Not sure why it isn’t on this list but the Harmony Piano doesn’t play music. All it does is show the notes move for a second or two, and then it just stops.
One of my favorite Webkinz items is the Valentine Music Box. This box has been broken and hasn’t played music since the update to Webkinz X. I have notified Ganz estore several times that the item is broken and yet the item does not appear on the “broken items” list… AND, it continues to be sold in the estore as a “Valentine’s Day” item. It is in the Tender Tuesday sale right now. I am asking again, that you please fix this little gem of a music box. I must also say that by continuing to sell this broken music box in the estore, you will have many unhappy players who saved up to spend their points on an item they did not know is broken.
Disappointed once again. I traded for the beautiful birch dresser that should hold 12 items but it doesn’t open. This is a new item that wasn’t part of the original issues. It should work. Love all the new things that have been happening in WW but please fix these issues.
Can someone fix the Mosh Ball Pit please?
