I realize you have a hugh mess to straighten out…..but ..as a paying customer for 9 years, why has my DELUXE acct stopped working ? this is one of two accts..first one stopped being deluxe two weeks ago, now the second one. doesn’t allow deluxe.

I was excited to earn the Kinzville Valley Home as part of the Family Score Prizes. I thought this item was supposed to go on my map but it appeared in my furniture bar and it won’t go in a room or my map! So disappointed.
We’re working on a fix to move the Kinzville Valley Home to the Map Dock so players can properly place it on the Map of Kinzville.
My “Series 2 Figure Display case” isn’t working right, I tried putting my House Painting Hippo figurine in it, but it’s not letting me move items from my dock into the case.
The Smiling Sunny Cloud isn’t working right. It shows up but doesn’t change colors like it’s supposed to. I hope this issue will be added to the maintenance fix list.
I wanted to let the Webkinz team know that the 2010 Summer Sensation login prize isn’t working properly. the yellow sun is showing up as one sun and a flashing yellow circle right by it. Another item that’s not doing what it’s supposed to is the Smiling Sunny Cloud from the eStore. The cloud shows up but it doesn’t change colors like it should. It just stays the same. I brought these issues up so they can hopefully be added to the list of things to be fixed.
my tree frog trampoline is not working and it is not in the list. When I got on it my pet just vanishes, Maybe I just can’t find it oh well.
The Bake Kitchen Stove doesn’t work correctly it gives message “Appliance data retrieving failed.”
The My Preserves Shelf or whatever the name of the item is that lets you fill you berry jars when you’re in your room doesn’t seem to be working right now. The big update has helped with many issues. Thanks!
Uh, I just got the Cheer Pup yesterday, and the Confetti Launcher isn’t “Incomplete”, it’s entirely missing. It’s not in my dock. I put it in my room, but there is no grey box. When I’m in edit mood and click where I know the launcher is, it exits edit mode and my pet walks right over to where it is. I can’t find it anywhere!
