You’ll have the chance to collect 4 Webkinz Newz team member posters from Ella McWoof in the Webkinz Newz Room during Newz Week but, there’s only one way to get the signed versions… from the Webkinz Newz team members themselves!
From Monday, April 16th to Friday, April 20th, the Webkinz Newz team will be hanging out in the Clubhouse from 3:00pm – 5:00pm where you’ll have a chance to meet them!
If you meet them in a trading room, invite them for a trade so they can give you a signed version of their poster or, add them to your Friends List so they can send you a poster through KinzPost. You’ll be able to recognize members of the Ganz Newz team because they’ll be wearing their Newz Reporter outfits or the Ganz Studios Toque:

***We would like as many players to be able to meet the Webkinz Newz team as possible. As a result, we are asking that once you have met a Newz team member or, once you have completed a trade with a Newz team member, that you leave the Clubhouse room so other players can have the chance to meet them too.
You never know when you’ll run into a Webkinz Newz team member outside their scheduled appearances in the Clubhouse so, keep an eye out for them during Webkinz Newz Week!

I am getting the same message as you. So sad
So am I. It is impossible for most members to meet the team, as time just doesn’t allow, so being able to add them to our friends list makes sense. Also, some of us live in other parts of the world so the timings aren’t good for us and adding to our friends list is probably the only way to do it.
I have a question about adding the team to our friends list and they will send you a poster to your account? How do we get it? Thanks

Will the trading room (regular), be open to non deluxe/free players so we can trade for a signed poster?

Right AFTER you guys meet a WKN worker, please leave so that other people can meet them too. I will not break the rules, so I’ll just say ‘hi’ to Sally, Steve, Michael, and Mandy, get there stuff, and then leave. There’s a limit of 10 people in the room.

Oh gosh, when I saw the times, I got really worried because I’m in the Pacific Time Zone, so I would not be at home, but I’m SOO glad they picked next week because TGS happens to be the week that I have break! I feel so bad for the people in my time zone that don’t have break because they are losing this opportunity…
I feel too bad for the people in the Hawaii-Aleutian time zone and the ppl in the Alaska area. Thankfully, I’m not. I’m an hour behind the Webkinz time.
What happens if some players work second shift ? My friend does. She open up account to help me with the helping paws. If they send the podkinz newz team a friend request from there chat, would they get the signed poster in the kinz post ? Sense they can’t be there on the available times that were posted. We understand Ganz is closed on the weekends & done at 5 pm during the week. Most second shift people start at 3 in the afternoon. Thank You.
