Missing Items
The following list of items are currently appearing in the room as grey boxes as their proper images are not available. Please know that your items are fine within Webkinz World and their images will be fixed. We will be aggressively making these fixes will be making regular updates over the next few weeks to solve all of these issues. Please return regularly to see which items have been fixed.

All items are now visible. Any items still required to be fixed have been moved to the Incomplete Item List.

No! No. They just won’t show up. They’ll be gray boxes. Hope this helps!
Sure hope that when this is fixed it won’t end up in my dock. There are too many items either missing or not working and with all the rooms I have I would never get these things back where they were intended.

I think that Ganz should fix the items that are in popular themes first. That way people who collect themes, will have their items back. Things like Neo Gothic and Aztec items, I Feel, should be Fixed first!

Will these items still show up in docks?
Also curious as to wether the mole troll plush doll, mermaid floppy plush toy and sleeping dragon plush toys are the same as boris, sera and raziel. Becuase ive never seen those names before.

No. In docks and stores, yes, but in the room, no. Not until they fix it.

Wow… lots of stuff is missing! I’m not even going to read the whole list, because there is just SO MUCH in it. I’ll just know if something is a grey box that the image is messed up. (:
