Missing Items
The following list of items are currently appearing in the room as grey boxes as their proper images are not available. Please know that your items are fine within Webkinz World and their images will be fixed. We will be aggressively making these fixes will be making regular updates over the next few weeks to solve all of these issues. Please return regularly to see which items have been fixed.

All items are now visible. Any items still required to be fixed have been moved to the Incomplete Item List.
I am missing so many items in my dock & am not a happy camper right now.
It’s a lot but we can hang in there until these items are fixed, it will take time to get use to this but I like it. GO TEAM WEBKINZ
not sure what my pets will ask for but I liked It better before this webkinz -x thingy got around, plus when there were no deluxe things and everything was either estore or w-shop or the kinzstyle shop for the clothes…. also they should make a separatefood tab for special pet foods only… that way
it`s easier to buy food for your pets.
Just wanted to let you know growing garden items don’t show up either. My garden is full of grey boxes. :(
I wanted to report that the “Home for the Holidays Fireplace” and the “Wildflower Pond” for my Water Lily Puppy doesn’t have a grey box at all… its just in the room, but not showing up.
Getting KC coins for doing the parent surveys is also gone.
Capricorn Chair is also missing
Looks like you can add every family care prize item to the list of things missing – not one that I’ve supposedly won is in the dock (and I don’t even know what else is missing!). It’s a pain to find some items now, too. I used to be able to go to objects and back up into furniture to find things listed in the latter part of the alphabet faster, but now that’s not even an option. Finding something that starts with an “S” is just… OY! The only thing making that not take forever is how much is missing. I’ll give it some time for things to get ironed out, but I’m really not enchanted with this at the moment.
I do love the new format, but why come out now. Wait until all known bugs are fixed and then as the unknown ones come up, fix them. This makes NO sense!
I would like to inform that the disco dance floor that comes with the rockerz poodle is showing as a grey box but is not on the list.
