Missing Items
The following list of items are currently appearing in the room as grey boxes as their proper images are not available. Please know that your items are fine within Webkinz World and their images will be fixed. We will be aggressively making these fixes will be making regular updates over the next few weeks to solve all of these issues. Please return regularly to see which items have been fixed.

All items are now visible. Any items still required to be fixed have been moved to the Incomplete Item List.
I tried to put the winter fireplace into a room and it vanished. It’s not in the room and not in my dock. I am reluctant to try to change anything in the rooms at this point.

Well I hate it. Besides all the glitches, its way too harsh on the eyes. This is one faithful Deluxe old-timer that won’t be renewing.

I have tons and tons of estore things so my house is pretty much not working,its very hard keeping a pet busy when most things don’t work :/
I read the list twice, but I still may have missed it. I am missing my Christmas fireplaces (the older ones, not the newer ones on all of my accounts including my European acct. Will this be fixed? Also, it takes a HUGE amount of food (and KINZ cash) to keep my pets fed. Will that be tweaked?

There seem to be so many items missing in my dock. In the previous view, I could see that one of my acct’s had a certain number ( 9436 ), but can we see the totall number anywhere now..? Also, I can’t put up items in the TRADING ROOOM…PLEASE SOMEONE FROM GANZ ANSWER THIS and let us know what to do..????
Sweet 16 floor and wall paper, added them to the room and they are just gone. Not in the dock, not in the room. Tried to send my pets to the spa in vacation island, all it did was take about 9000 KC from my account, my pets are still starving! All of my outdoor interactive items are either missing or glitchy, too many to name and I really don’t have time to figure out what they were all called.
