Missing Items
The following list of items are currently appearing in the room as grey boxes as their proper images are not available. Please know that your items are fine within Webkinz World and their images will be fixed. We will be aggressively making these fixes will be making regular updates over the next few weeks to solve all of these issues. Please return regularly to see which items have been fixed.

All items are now visible. Any items still required to be fixed have been moved to the Incomplete Item List.
I also wanted to let the Webkinz team know that the 2010 Summer Sensation Yellow Sun isn’t working properly. It shows up as the yellow sun and a flashing yellow circle right next to it. I commented about that so hopefully the bright sunny prize will be added to the fix list.
Does anyone know if there is a list for missing clothing items? My elephant costume shirt seems to be invisible. The other three pieces are in the storage container and the space for the shirt seems to be filled but I can’t see or move it to the dock.
You don’t have the roller coaster on your list and many other items I have 684 pets.. 150 rooms 78 of those rooms are missing several items. I understand they are still there, however My pets hearts cannot fill if they aren’t having fun.. most of those items are missing /invisible. We are nearing a month later since the “Big Change” as a deluxe member, I’m not happy.. I’m attempting to be patient with the many issues Ganz is having. I feel change is good most of the time.. Not when it doesn’t work.. There is a saying out there ….. “If it is broken, don’t fix it” I understand wanting to improve on a product, usually this is accomplished a little at a time, One doesn’t jump off the high dive until ready! There are none of the missing clothes items listed. I lost an Army shirt and the gray shirt to my elephant outfit
Maybe you could have released Webkinz X later when it was actually ready :/
ยง, I’m actually missing an item that isn’t on this list. It’s the Mysterious Pool (Silverback Gorilla PSI) and it doesn’t even have one of the grey boxes but when I click on where it is, my pet is just sitting in the air. Can you add this item to your list please?
I am enjoying Webkinz X. Patiently waiting for fixes.
I try to put a winter ice fireplace from my dock into a pet’s room, and it vanishes. I buy a beach house view window, and it’s not in my dock. The kinz cash is gone, but where’s the window? This is getting old.
I think Ganz should’ve been prepared BEFORE releasing this.
I am missing ornamental pumpkins from my pumpkin patch I haven’t checked out many more rooms yet…..I like the new format….I am patiently waiting until all the kinks are out…
