Hi surfinturtle754! A pet buddy is a small animal, zum, or fairy that flies around with your pet every where you go! I our case we are getting Melanie the good fairy pet buddy! Hi, surfinturtle754, a pet buddy is a small pet or fairy (zums are also pet buddies when not in Zumwhere) that floats around and stays with your pet everywhere! It kind of, follows you around. I have two. Isla and (well, soon) Melanie. To access your pet buddies, just click on the little face symbol next to the Dress my Pet button in your pet’s room. You will be able to see all of your pet buddies there. You can scroll through them, and when you find one that you want to float around with your pet, just click on it, and it will disappear from the picture, and appear floating around your pet’s head! Hope that helps! Oh and, you have to go to the Ganz eStore to get the Melanie pet buddy, well really have a parent make an account and then get you the free pet buddy, and then go back on Webkinz and it will be with your other pet buddies. You have to be 18 or older to have an eStore account, so that is why you need a parent to do this. Hope that helps! :)

I’m SOOOOO happy with everything but on my acount it says i have 4000 estore points but in the estore it says i have 0 estore points. WHAT DO I DO?!?!?!?!?
Unfortunately you can’t transfer your eStore points from the W Shop to the Ganz eStore. But they’re still valid for the W Shop, so shop away!
While I’m happy with my prizes, I am DEEPLY DISAPPOINTED that you would only do the percentage off pets at the E-Store and not on the WShop. There are many kids who cannot purchase a pet on E-Store for a variety of reasons and after all this hard work, for them to know they cannot spend their points on a the 70% off pets (and most of them can given 70% off a 12,500 pet is now 3,350) they’ll be disappointed as well. Couldn’t you consider putting at least three – the three that are on the Ganz E-store site (rascal raccoon, the big top elephant and one other one) as a WShop pet or choose three of them on the WShop page to be an offer? If need be, you could limit the total for sale.
Hi jadewarlock. We understand your frustration and we’re sorry that our information about this reward was not clearly communicated. The following note was posted by Webkinz on the Facebook fan page two days ago, about this very issue: “The fact is that we cannot award free eStore points and offer pets at 70% off in the W-Shop at the same time, as it would mean people could (and would) create thousands of accounts to exploit the system.” I hope this offers some clarification and again, we’re sorry that this wasn’t well-communicated. However, in better news, the final bonus goal reward was just announced: specific eStore items in the W Shop will be 70% off on Sunday, Aug. 10! So if you’d like to save your eStore Points for this reward, you now can.
Thanks so much Gennelle!!! Now I know to save up my points!!!! YAY!!!!! I WILL BE ABLE TO BUY MANY MORE THINGS THAN I WOULD HAVE BEFORE!!!!! I hope the items i want are 70% off! Then I would buy more!! I could probably get BOTH the wigs wanted, maybe even a dress and a piece of furniture, depending on what the original prize of the thing was, and what it is that is 70% off.
