There are many things I love about this room, especially the retaining wall acting as a barrier between the ocean front property and the main street of this seaside community. It makes the street appear as if it’s raised up, overlooking the property, which was an illusion that I’m sure was intended and perfectly executed. Love the details here as well: The placement of beach toys, palms and the pathway leading to the front door of the beach house. The choice of buildings is brilliant as well. The theater, diner and spa, truly make it seem like the perfect place to vacation in the summer. Great job, tcitrowske! Keep sending me your rooms. I can’t wait to see more of your design ideas!

I’m not surprised that Michael chose this one.
This was my favorite room! I am so glad that Michael Webkinz selected it. I would be so happy to recreate this in my own WW home. My question for TCITROWSKE is how did you create the driveway and the edging pieces? I don’t recognize some of the things – the gate, the strip of tall poplars, the front border of manicured shrubs, etc. Everything seems so well thought out, and perfectly placed. Mega congrats!!

Congratulations, tcitrowske! Out of all the beach-themed rooms I’ve seen, this has got to be one of my favorites! I love the Kinz suntanning on the beach, and I’m impressed you had room to place them so well without the rest of the room seeming crowded!
