Hello Kinzville! Today marks another update in Webkinz World and I’m here to talk about what’s new!
- Webkinz Day is almost here! Make sure you log in to Webkinz World, or use the Webkinz mobile app to get your 2016 Webkinz Day Gift, filled with gifts celebrating our 11th year! There will also be lots of fun activities (including a spin of the Super Wheel) scheduled on Today’s Activities! Happy Webkinz Day everyone!
- DELUXE MEMBERS: Ready to have a BLAST with berries? Visit the Arcade to play the NEW Game; Jumbleberry Blast! This delicious puzzle game will have you hooked connecting berries! If you’re not a Deluxe Member yet, watch in the future for Jumbleberry Blast to be scheduled as the Game of the Day, which is when everyone will have a chance to play! Jumbleberry Blast will also be available soon on the Webkinz mobile app!
- We’ve updated the My Pets menu! Now you’ll be able see and find your pets in a whole new way!
- A new Trophy Challenge is also arriving on Webkinz Day! Complete the challenge playing Smoothie Moves and you’ll win Blanche’s Convertible! But this Challenge ONLY runs from April 29th to May 1st, so don’t delay!
- A new Flower Collection is coming in the month of May! Request flowers from your friends each day throughout the month of May and you’ll win items from a fun new playground set!
- There’s also a NEW Deluxe Monthly Challenge arriving in May! Complete this challenge by the end of May to receive a Purple Flowery Greenhouse!
- The Deluxe gift for May includes a Royal Guard Helmet! If you aren’t already a Deluxe Member, there’s still time for your parent to visit the Ganz eStore to learn more!
- Spin those wheels! We’ve also once again updated the prizes on the Wheel of Wow for web and mobile, along with the Wheel of Deluxe!
- We’ve added another of the winning cookie designs from our Webkinz Newz contest to the W-Shop! Visit the Food section to pick up one of these sweet treats!

Tried to play new game but I just get the tutorial. Please Help!
You need to do what the tutorial is showing you to move forward. Just connect the 3 berries by dragging your mouse arrow across them and the game will start.
Is there any way to turn off the tutorial in the new game? Every time doing it is getting bothersome. Also now some items won’t go in my indoor rooms- they will only be placed in outdoor rooms. I thought we were supposed to have more freedom with that?
I love all of the new and exciting things happening, but was very disappointed that after trying several times I was not able to play the new game , Jumbleberry Blast. I got it to open and the hand would point to the 3 berries in a row and it froze there every time. I deleted my cache, tried waiting for it to load for about 5 minutes and finally gave up. Also when I click on the what’s happening in May calendar it opens a new window as expected and then says page not found. Maybe I will have to wait a few days for things to catch up with themselves and work the kinks out.

gosh…. this is what iv’e been waiting for webkinz to do! oh and guys…. tomorrow is my bro’s B-day. XD we are going to a science center….
I am LOVING the new “My Pets” page!!! I don’t understand the search engine, though. Is it for finding pets? Anyway, I’m really excited about Webkinz Day!!! I get to adopt my Cheeky Dog (since he’s been waiting since December)!!! Happy Early Webkinz Day!! :D
I also logged into Webkinz yesterday and was DELIGHTED at all the fixes! Yes, Quizzy’s Question Corner still messes up the KinzTime readout (Grr.), but a lot of my missing PSIs are now visible (and, in some cases, working!) for the first time since the update! I was so excited to see my Tigerlily Pup’s PSI in its full, working form and not a gray square! Thank you for all your hard work!!! :D
Can’t wait to try the new game on Webkinz Day! The new My Pets menu is interesting.. However it’s harder to tell how many pets you have. They should add that somewhere on it. I really like the Flower Collection items! They look like some awesome playground items! I wish I had that Deluxe flower greenhouse. I also wish I had all of the other greenhouses… That would make a great room with all of them lined up!

I love that ice dragon ride for the playground from the flower collection! The other items are awesome too. Definitely the best prizes for a collection in a while.
