Anywhere, Ii found mine after I got a snowflake. It was on the page that said to log into webkinz to get my prize! But you can probably get it a lot of other places, too! Hope I helped! Tell me if you get it, please!! :)

I love all the contest and prizes you give us Ganz.. I’ve been with you as a member Over 5 years.. The winterfest snowflakes though are hard to find and when you do click on them nothing happens. I’m hoping that you guys can fix before winterfest is over. Great new prizes and i’ve been excited to find snowflakes. Bummed that you have to spend forever on computer though just to get one or two in a day. Any tips you can offer us members would be greatly appreciated.. Shout out to all the road trip employee’s too.! Hope everyone at Ganz and Webkinz Have the Best Year Ever!!! Can’t wait to see you guys again this year..
dune456, What you have to do is click on the snowflake, and then log into your Webkinz! but you can only get one snowflake prize thingy each day. :)
I’ve had the same problem….didn’t get the item. Today however, I don’t get anything, nothing seems to be floating so nothing to click on!

Can you even see the music notes on the Hat? I couldn’t really see them most of the time!
