Alex Tiger’s Desert Island Cupcake

If I had to be stranded on a desert island I’d want it to be this one!

What you need:

-          Cupcakes

-          White icing

-          Blue food coloring

-          Brown sugar

-          Pretzels

-          Green fruit leather

What to do:

Add blue food coloring to icing until it is the right shade of blue. Spread blue icing around the edge of the cupcake leaving a space in the middle. Fill the space with brown sugar. Cut six small, elongated diamonds out of fruit leather. Layer three diamonds on top of each other to form palm tree leaves and poke the top of a pretzel through them to form a palm tree. Repeat to make second palm tree. Poke your trees into the ‘sand’.

This cupcake will really float your boat!
