Salley Cat here. How is it that even when Purr-cilla thinks she is doing something nice she still manages to be offensive? Today she shows up at school with a stack of invitations to her birthday party and proceeds to hand them out to SOME people. We’re all putting our stuff away in our lockers when she comes marching down the hall. First she goes up to Stoogles and hands him this envelope. He just looked kind of confused. Then she gave envelopes to Cowabelle, Molly and Sparky. When she walked away they all opened the envelopes and it was party invitations!
Okay, first of all, since when does Purr-cilla hang out with Stoogles? Secondly, who hands out invitations in front of everyone so that everyone who is NOT invited feels left out?
I don’t think they should go and I told them so, but not everybody sees Purr-cilla for who she really is apparently.
Maybe no one has taught Purr-Cilla kindness, Salley, so she does not know any better than to behave the way she behaves. I am so sorry that she has behaved in this way. I hope you will be okay with whatever happens. Your friends love you, even if they want to go to her party. All the best! MDIChickadee

i think 1st that was purely wrong!! second what is her problem!!! and third i would NEVER go 2 a party one of my other friend was not invited to if especially if they pased the invites rite in front of them!! i would give the invite back! *stylegirl12*
It’s not only the boys who were invited, she also invited Molly and Cowabelle. But I do agree with the next part of Dawn’s post, it’s Purr-Cilla’s party, who cares if you’re not invited? She handed them out in front of you so you would react, don’t do it! Don’t let her see you react, you’ll only be giving her what she wants. And you really had no right to tell the other ‘kinz not to go, just because you don’t like her doesn’t mean they can’t. Let them make their own decisions regarding Purr-Cilla.
Sometimes I think kids do not understand that to be friends with one is to be friends with all. Maybe she wants to be Sally’s friend and doesn’t know how to approach her..
okay stoogles loves parties. no party is complete without a googles it would seem and some googles have blinders on when it comes to parties of any kind and beside it was the BOYS who were invited.. hmm. boys! that is interesting…Next it is Purrcilla who is having the party so quit getting your feelings hurt.. you don’t really want o go anyway, not really.. besides this can be a spy expedition.. let the boys be the spies for the girls.. oh yeah GIRL POWER! instead of being offended, get the scoop! And while is it not wrong to invite everyone, her method is worng and she should see it as that but then again this IS purrcilla we are talking about and she is so full of her own importance she would not understand or even care if someone else got hurt feelings. that is her intent and you are just handing it to her!.. be the better person!

If you were going to hand out invatations, you should do it somewhere where everyone else can’t see. They will feel left out. That was not right Purr-cilla. >> cat lover cathouse2

Sometimes, friends have fights before one of the friends moves away to make them not feel as bad about their friend leaving. You just have to be strong and search for that better shore out there, even when the harsh world around you makes it so hard to carry on.

did you mean obvious? and why would she give Stoogles an invitation? Once my friends that I was inviting to a slumber party were talking about it really loudly at lunch, and this other girl heard them and when she got home she burst into tears. we had to invite her as well.

I agree. There’s this girl in my class (who shall remain Anonymous). She is SO mean, like Purr-Cilla, but everyone still likes her! She pretends to be all cheery and happy. But her REAL self is just plain mean. I think she’s jealous. I always get the best marks, my friend always has the most expensive clothes, and, well, everyone has a special talent except her. ~Phoenix Wind~
