This recipe might sound a little strange – but it tastes absolutely delicious!

What you need:

-          4 eggs

-          1 can tuna

-          2 tablespoons mayonnaise

-          1 stalk of celery, finely chopped

-          Dash of salt and pepper

You will need an adult assistant to help you with this recipe.

What you do:

1. Have your assistant hard boil the eggs.

2. When the eggs are cool, peel them and then cut them lengthwise.

3. Scoop out the yolks into a small bowl.

4. Add tuna, mayonnaise, celery, salt and pepper to yolks and mix well.

5. Scoop a spoonful of the mixture into each egg white.

Hmm… fish eggs… well, I’d have to try it. Doesn’t look good, but of course looks aren’t everything-especially when it comes to food.

I think it sounds a lot like tuna salad with hard-cooked eggs, and I really like that. The eggs would be a new and different thing to take to a picnic or potluck. Good luck to all of you this school year.

OMG! I’m in the 7th grade too! I’m really shy so I’m sorta in the middle of popular and not popular. The good thing is that I’m starting to come out of my shell. In volleyball my nickname is still Shy though. Oh, and good luck at your new school LillyLuvie!
