There’s nothing quite as easy to care for as a pet rock! It’s never active, it’s always where you left it –and it can go anywhere with you! Here’s what you need to make a pet rock!
What you need:
Rocks (different sizes and shapes), yarn, craft glue, wiggle eyes, pompoms, felt, paint, paintbrush
What you do:
1. Look at your rock. Decide what kind of personality it has. Add features and accessories to show off that personality.
2. Create a whole rock family – in fact, create a rock that looks like each member of YOUR family!
3. You could also create animal rocks – either way, have fun and use your imagination!

That is not a pet rock! It’s obliviously a pet STONE! Pet rocks are lame and ugly. All they are are rocks with painted faces! Pet stones are much cooler; they are animals with stone bodies. So, that’s the difference between pet ROCKS and pet STONES.
