It’s not hard to occasionally let your willpower slip when you’re trying to change your lifestyle – sometimes you just don’t feel like getting up off the couch, or that chocolate bar is just too tempting to pass up.
One thing that can really help you reach your goals is creating a support system by recruiting your friends to join you in a healthy living club.
You’ll be less likely to skip that bike ride when you know one of your friends is waiting outside for you. And when you feel the need to give into a fast food craving, just pick up the phone and call a friend. And when you get together, you know no one is going to pull out a big bag of chips if you’ve all committed to the same goal.
So invite your friends to support you in your efforts. Everything’s easier when you’ve got someone backing you up!

I actually lost 10 pounds while doing this challenge. Thanks, Ganz! u may think just drinking 6 cups of water won’t do anything, but it sure will!

Has anyone noticed something funny about this? They are telling us how to keep active and doing stuff outside when we’re all inside reading this on the computer? It doesn’t quite match up. I just thought it was kinda strange myself. At least they aren’t telling us to stay inside and waste time on the computer. I didn’t do so much computer before I got a Webkinz.

I agree also. :) I don’t spend a lot of time on the computer, just after school and volleyball. I understand that they want us to exercise and eat healthy, but they’re telling us that online. But, hey, at least they are promoting people to stay fit and happy. I sure hope people don’t play on the computer all day! ;)

Every night (except the nights we have volleyball games) my friends and I go o a walk around town. :) Its really fun because you get exercise while having fun! :D

LOL yeah when my friends want to play outside or whatever I’m always there with them. Oh and one time we went on a 30 min bike ride! I was so tired!
OMG OMG OMG!!! I finally checked my account after doing the Nafaria hunt thing last night and I got SLIPS!!! OMG!! It was at like 9:00 and my mom was on her last nerves… Phew now I can tell her it was worth it!!! I have the perfect outfit for them and I am so happy..!!! I am sorry for everyone that didn’t get them, though. I hope you got good prizes too! ;)

Agreed! I started one of these! I live in a HUGE thing with a ton of neighborhoods, and I try to go for a walk whenever I can! We always see bugs, dragonflies, butterflies, moths, little blue herons, Blue Herons, Egrets, snowy egrets, and occasionally storks, cranes (SANDHILL CRANE) or Deer! Today we even saw a baby deer at my house (THEY COME LITERALLY EVERY DAY!!!) I LOVE ANIMALS AND NATURE AND INSECTS AND SPACE!!
