Chef Sophia’s Valentine’s Hot Chocolate

I LOVE Valentine’s Day – it’s one of my favorite holidays! At La Soufflé, I always serve a very special hot chocolate near Valentine’s Day. It’s just a little spicier than regular hot chocolate. Want to make some for yourself? Check out the recipe!

What you need:

(makes one serving)

1 cup milk, 6 cinnamon hearts, 1 tablespoon chocolate milk powder, 1 tsp vanilla

What you do:

  1. Have your adult assistant heat up the milk on the stove (in a pot) or in the microwave.
  2. Into the hot milk, add the vanilla, chocolate milk powder and the cinnamon hearts.
  3. Carefully stir the milk mixture.
  4. Have your adult assistant pour it into a mug.
  5. Top with pink-colored whipped cream and enjoy!
