These candy canes are extremely difficult to find. I did actually get one yesterday and it was gifted to me………….I was so surprised! yay!
As much as Ilove the priizes ,I will no longer do limited time challenges and collections due to me not getting on that much.
I’m back. I just found the candy cane and clicked on it, signed into my account on Webkinz and guess what, surprise, I didn’t get the candy cane! I’m so tired of trying to play with something that doesn’t work, it’s so, so old and so, so frustrating!
I am trying to figure out how I got mail from someone that is not on my friends list, as well as a request for a candy cane. Also got another request for a candy cane from someone not on my friends list. I’d never heard of either one of them before. I don’t much like this, the site has a problem! Oh yeah, posting for my other account. When I find a candy cane and click on it and have to log on, I get a small homepage login window! I can’t do a thing with that!
Login page size I use Chrome ther is an area on the top upi click to ZOOM larger or smaller. If thats not the problem maybe just pulling the sides of the screen to a larger area right and left will help . I keep my Chrome at 90% and the main screen I use pulled in on both sides so I know its not the main play screen and get them mixed up. Play screen is full screen or I could not see to play . I hope this helps a little .
dhetz51, add me to your friends list. If I get a request I’ll send you candy canes. I hope Ganz can get this bug worked out before too much longer, there is definitely something wrong with the website!
To get your floaty clicky items to appear I’ve always had issues but if you go to contests then events then click on the article and even click on read more … I’ve had to follow that several times before I saw the floaty clicky appear. It’s like reminding the site of what you want. It works if you’re patient.
I AGREE ACTIVATEING THE BANNER by clicking on it in EVENTS DOES HELP !!! I GET EVERYTHING on all the accounts I help out on ;) I do sometimes have to go back and click it again but I get everything .

At the rate I’m going I’ll never finish it. When I sign on and click the candy canes in my room I do not get one for the day, then when I send a request to friends I only get a few of them back but they send me a request in turn. Then the few times I’ve found the candy cane on the Candy Cane Floaty Clicky, I’ve only gotten it once when I signed in. What’s up with this? Am I being black balled or is there a problem with the website? Help!I had the same thing happen when we collected the Acorns, I needed only one but couldn’t get it. This makes me very sad.
