If you want to make a cute basket, here’s how.

What you need:

Paper plate, acrylic or watercolor paint, paintbrush, stapler, cardstock, stickers, Easter grass

What you do:

  1. Paint the front and back of your paper plate.
  2. Take your paper plate and cut eight slits in it, like this:
  3. Pull the flaps of paper so they overlap each other. Staple in place.
  4. Keep doing that (like this):
  5. And eventually, you’ll end up with this:
  6. Staple a handle across the top and decorate with stickers (use stickers or pieces of paper to cover up the staples).
  7. Fill with Easter grass and goodies!

Why no photo? The basket sounds cute but it’s hard to picture what it will look like without a visual.
