This just might be the easiest bracelet you’ve ever made! All you need is a piece of thread and a bead…oh, and a friend’s arm!
1. String the single bead on the piece of thread.
2. Put the string around your friend’s wrist and tie both ends to make a loose bracelet (loose enough to put two fingers under it – but not loose enough that it’ll slide off of your friend’s hand).
3. As you’re tying, have your friend make a wish.
4. When the thread bracelet eventually breaks, some believe that the wisher’s wish will come true!
That is so cool. I should do that at my next b-day.
I have made friendship bracelets for all my best friends as well but they never wear them so maybe the wish thing is true since only some of the people given the bracelets wear them until they fall while the others never wear their bracelet .
