What you need:
- 1/2 cup Butter
- Powdered Sugar
- 1 cup all-purpose Flour
- 4 Eggs
- 1 cup of Water
- 1/8 tsp Salt
- Sauce Pan
- Wooden Spoon
Filling:
- Pudding, Whipping Cream and/or Fresh Fruit.
What you do:
Have an adult assist with steps 1-3 and 6-7
1. In a sauce pan combine butter, water, salt and bring to a boil.
2. Add flour and stir fast. Stir till it forms a firm ball.
3. Remove from pan and cool for 10 minutes.
4. Add eggs and beat with a wooden spoon until smooth.
5. Drop tablespoon sized batter on a greased cookie sheet pan.
6. Bake at 400 and cook for 30-35 minutes. Let cool.
7. Cut each in half and fill with any kind of filling (pudding, whipping cream or fresh fruit).
8. Sprinkle powdered sugar on top.
