What you need:

  • 1/2 cup Butter
  • Powdered Sugar
  • 1 cup all-purpose Flour
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 cup of Water
  • 1/8 tsp Salt
  • Sauce Pan
  • Wooden Spoon

Filling:

  • Pudding, Whipping Cream and/or Fresh Fruit.

What you do:

Have an adult assist with steps 1-3 and 6-7

1.     In a sauce pan combine butter, water, salt and bring to a boil.

2.     Add flour and stir fast.  Stir till it forms a firm ball.

3.     Remove from pan and cool for 10 minutes.

4.     Add eggs and beat with a wooden spoon until smooth.

5.     Drop tablespoon sized batter on a greased cookie sheet pan.

6.     Bake at 400 and cook for 30-35 minutes.  Let cool.

7.     Cut each in half and fill with any kind of filling (pudding, whipping cream or fresh fruit).

8.     Sprinkle powdered sugar on top.

Do you have a great idea for a craft, recipe or party game? We’d love to hear them!
