Log in to Webkinz World every day and click on this ad to find out what today’s challenge will be:
How do I collect my prizes?
Every day during Days of Play everyone receives a prize just for participating. Log in every day to see your Participation Prize in Today’s Announcements!
Click the same ad on the Webkinz home page AFTER 9 AM EST to go to a page in Webkinz Newz where you can claim your Bonus Prize if players have met the previous day’s goal.
Do I have to login every single day of Play Days to collect my prizes?
Yes! Make sure to come every day because during Days of Play, you get your Participation Prize awarded to your dock when you log in and your Bonus Prize by clicking the link to visit Webkinz Newz AFTER 9 AM EST. Miss a day and you miss a prize – or two!
What’s the difference between the Participation prizes and the Bonus prizes?
Participation prizes are awarded every day just for logging in. Bonus prizes are awarded if players meet the goal set for the previous day.
Can I save my free Spins and Rolls?
Unfortunately, you can’t save Spins that you’ve earned for the Wheel of Yum, SuperWheel, or Wheel of Wishes. You can save Jumbleberry Fields and Magic Forest turns until a later date.

Webkinz team, is there any way I could get the participation prize from yesterday? I participated, but I was unaware until today that you had to collect them under the announcements page. I asked where they were on the DoP page, but I never got a response. Is there any way to collect those today? Because I really like Jumbleberry Fields and I really wanted the free plays.

I have a question for the Webkinz team. Every time when I log on after a few seconds the screen turns white and there is an exclamation point in the middle with a small circle around it. I tried clearing my cache but that does not help.

Where are the ads going to be. I only get the same 3 ads on the right side of screen on 5 of my browsers. Never got the Scavenger Hunt ads either. Cleared all cache still same ads appear. It look like I’m not the only one with this problem. Please, we need help.

Where can I see the ad? What home page are you referring to? I only see the same 3 ads each time and none of them mention the challenge. I don’t have ad block on and I can only use chrome. I’m sorry, but I don’t know if I can play. Can you help? Thanks.

You don’t need to click the ad to participate! Just go ahead and play the game in the arcade and it’ll count.
