What you need:
Frozen banana (peel and cut into chunks before you freeze it), strawberries, cup of milk, two tablespoons maple syrup, blender, adult assistant
What you do:
1. Add the frozen banana, strawberries, milk and maple syrup to the blender.
2. Have your adult assistant put the lid onto the blender and blend the ingredients until they’re smooth.
3. Pour the smoothie into cups and enjoy!

I am not exactly one to experiment with food, but sometimes I attempt to make mini cook books! -Webkinz Style! But it is kinda hard to keep writing down, looking, writing, looking, writing! the smoothie sounds goood I’m going to start a club called Friends with each other/ FWEO.if you want to join it just tell me your username and if you want to be backup leader/ vice president . and the meetings will be at 5:00 kinztime or eastern time for people who do not live in the east 3:00 anyway they will be in light green zone on your kinzphone and in the regualur kinzchat in the reading room on saterdays.
