What you need:
- 10 Apples
- 1 cup sugar
- 4 cinnamon sticks
- cheesecloth
- An adult assistant to help you with this recipe
What you do:
Cut up your apples into large chunks. Place the apple pieces in a large pot and add just enough water to cover them.
Add sugar.
Tie cinnamon sticks into a bundle with a piece of string and add them to apples and water.
Have your adult assistant bring the water to a boil and boil on high heat, uncovered, for one hour, stirring frequently.
Reduce heat and cover. Let simmer for two hours.
Allow mixture to cool and remove cinnamon sticks. Pour cider through a sieve into a large bowl. Wrap the remaining pulp from the sieve in a large piece of cheese cloth and squeeze over your bowl to get out any excess cider. Discard the pulp.
Cider can be stored in the fridge for up to a week and is delicious served cold or warm.
BUT IT`S GOTTA TASTE NICE! (JUST HAVE BROWN SUGAR NOT SUGAR NO CINNAMON STICKS and maybe no cheesecloth coz we do have hands use them!)bye! and enjoy ya recipe apple ciders
;) ps:ya may want to put a squeese of lemon(make it about as high as a webkin`s foot
Hey Guyz!! This looks Yumm Yumm, but I prefer ONLY All Organic. I would use Brown Sugar* and Organic Sticks better. Still, I am a fan of Apple Cider!! Sounds Yummy!!!!! CU!!

What the heck?? this recipe sounds………………well who puts cheese in an apple cider recipe??
Time to clear confusion. Not cheese, cheesecloth. It’s mesh meant for straining liquids out of solids
You don’t put chees in the apple cider, it is just the name of the cloth you need to use! lol :)
Sounds yummy!!!!
A whole cup of sugar? Doesn’t sound healthy to me. Would rather have a nice crisp apple.
Hey everyone!!!!! YUMMY!!! Apple cider!! That looks so good! Too bad I don’t have any apple trees in my yard! :( Oh well, my neighbor has five apple trees in his yard so maybe he will give some apples. I hope he does! :) Love and hugs, ~waterwish~ P.S GO APPLE CIDER!! you rock :)
Sounds very tasty, but eating whole apples are a lot healthier. Apples with skins and not with caramel.
ummm yum! I’m trying this!
Can wait to try it after I go apple picking in the fall.
We just buy apple cider from the grocery store. Plus I like it better when its cold LOL.
I can never find this in stores, except around Halloween. It’s soooo good!!!!!
I luv apple cider!!!!!! Its so yummy! *Luv from LillyLuvie*
Each Halloween my family drinks cider after trick or treating. Its a good bonding time for our family.
Also when we go pumpkin picking we have lots of fun with eachother. :)

I do that too! We all meet at my cousin’s house, and we tell family tales (and some are pretty funny) while having cider with pumpkin bread. (My favorite story was the back car door flinging open when my aunt was driving the car!)
Yum! I luv apple cider! I like it when it is cold too. ;) *Luv from LillyLuvie*
I love apple ciders last year my class got apples and each got to put an apple in the machine and spin the wheel on the old apple cider making thing. It was all so delicious!!! And I don’t think they added sugar or anything they might have though…
 Apple cider and cheese is actually really good together…
you could always refriderate it. anyway, i love it warm when its cold out, awesome for rainy fall days. cool recipe!! :)
I’ve tried apple cider before. I’m not really a fan of it.
