Making badges for your summer camp

If you’re having your own summer camp, you’re going to need some badges to hand out! Here are a few great badge ideas!

What you need: Bottle caps, nail, hammer, string, paper, markers, various crafty items (read the ideas below to see what you might want to use) adult assistant

What you do:

1.       With an adult’s help, pound the nail through the top of the bottle cap to make a hole. Make sure to have a scrap piece of wood (or something similar) behind the nail.

2.       Remove the nail. Make sure the hole is big enough for your string.

3.       Cut out a circle the same size as the inside of the bottle cap.

4.       Decorate the circle with something that relates to the camp activity. Here are some ideas:
Water gun archery: Draw a dartboard on the paper in the bottle cap.

Rock Paper Scissors: Glue a tiny rock on the bottle cap. Draw a pair of scissors.

Skipping: Draw a skipping rope on and sprinkle some glitter over top.

Obstacle course: Draw a series of hula hoops.

Bean bag toss: Glue a dried bean into the bottle cap.

Craft table: Glue several beads or a button into the bottle cap.

Animal Tag: Draw a picture of your favorite animal .

5. Hand out your badges to your camp participants. Have them add them to the string that they can wear as a bracelet or necklace. You can add beads between the badges, if you like.

Omg that looks kinda hard i have a easier way of doing it, whoever has capsters can make the badges easy the people who don’t order it then find a background, put the clear glue that comes with it on the bottle first then push the background on it, then find a little charm to put on it again add the glue then wait a few hours or a day and it will be done
hope this helps! ~ Silver Wolf
