You will not believe this! It’s almost a whole week into June and our teacher, Miss Daisy, gives us this big geography project today! We have to write about how the warmer weather of summer affects the water levels in the various regions of Webkinz World. Um, hello? Doesn’t she understand how this is supposed to work? June is supposed to be a breeze – we just hang out until the end of the school year. Nobody actually expects to do any work! Cowabelle and Roberta are actually all excited about it! What is wrong with them? They were chatting about how much fun it’s going to be and trying to decide which region of Kinzville they will cover. Now I really cannot wait until the summer holidays when I am planning to do NOTHING! (Other than some awesome fun in the sun, that is!) This is so not cool, Miss Daisy. So not cool.
Sparky, you so funny. He is like my favorite Kinz’.
HA! You just wait until grade 8 and highschool, Sparky. You have it easy.
i know how you feel !~doglover
Oh don’t feel bad Sparky. I am still trying to finish my math workbook. [I only have about 23 more lessons] It won’t take long. I will finish at the end of the month. >>j3gnight2011<<
School’s not over until it’s really OVER, Sparky. So man up! You’re almost done & then it will be a great break. Focus!!!
Yeah June is for testing
Sorry Sparky, schools not out until that very last bell rings. jennifer
Oh, get over it, Sparky! I once had to do a geography project on any country in the world, and then I had to give a presentation. I thought it would be hard and I really didn’t feel like doing it. I chose Brazil, because I wanted to do a country with a tropical taste. After I interviewed some people who went there, and did a little research, I felt good about it! And it was actually pretty fun! Mainly because my mom brought some smoothies to drink during my presentation. Trust me, maybe you’ll think it over and consider it fun!
I agree furryhairylion! Alex, just think how bad it would be if you failed it! Just think Alex……
Well you could do that test and the you could do what ever you want!!!! your true friend, #@#furryhairylion#@#
Good Luck on your project!
Good luck Sparky, I feel for you. ;) I’m with you in the fact that I just don’t really like school- at all! Give me ballet slippers over a pencil and work book any day of the week!
Oh, just do it Sparky. Honestly, in 5th grade(the grade that I am in) we had to do a Wax Museum project. I so did not want to do it. Seriously, when you get older- you’ll have much more things that you will hate doing besides this big geography project. Take my word for it. Just make it fun for yourself! Good luck! ~SugarComet*** P.S. I just got out of school today! I am psyched for the summer!
I get out of school tomorrow. Sparky, schools not over JUST yet. I believe that u should work hard until the last bell rings. Imagine what would happen if u failed that project. No moving on……. I’m going 2 middle school next year so this is a big deal 4 me 2 try my hardest. I’m going 2 1 of the leading schools in Florida(Bak) so I NEED a good reputation. #Lemon^Starburst#
School gets out next friday, and I spent all day trying to research about the ancient civilazation of Inca
Lucky! You get out so early! I have about 2 weeks to go :P I remember a few years ago, I had a teacher that assigned work until the very last day of school. I remember her handing out that booklet and telling us to work on it even on the last day. O.o
Oh it can’t be that bad, Sparky. At least the topic is semi-interesting, and you can ask your friends for help.
Aw, poor Sparky. I hope it all turns out well in the end. Try and think on the good side of the project! There’s a reason Roberta and Cowabelle are excited about it, probably. Don’t think of it as a project, think of it as something fun to do to finish school of with! Well, good luck!
Just wait until you get to junior high, Sparky. I’m in grade 9 and I’m going to be working until the very end of the year. I WISH I only had a geography project!
I’m already out of school (I got out on May 25th), and went on vacation early. Next year, I’m homeschooling, or I’m going to Boarding School, and I’m nervous to go. And just a reminder, I’m in 7th Grade, so I’ll be in 8th next year. I’m scared to go to Boarding School, let me tell ya. But I’m so psyched for this summer ! My last day of school, I had to do a 5 page essay on your favorite state in the U.S ;) I got a B- on the essay, and I thought that it wasn’t so bad. And Sparky, people do expect some work through the last week of school. I mean, my friends and I at my school were thinking about having NO homework, until we just had a feeling that, you know, it’s the last week of school, and that we’re probably going to have a lot of homework, and we did (Like the final tests). ;) ~Chicago Made☠
You had to do WHAT?! I just finished 4th grade!!!
I got out may 17th and the last week of school was awesome we were out side all the time!! Swissie lover
You said it, starburst. I don’t really like school either, aside from Spanish… maybe. Just as long as it’s not math! All the same, I’ll still keep the pencil, just ditch the schoolbooks for sketchbooks, well, or fun books! ~~O~~SapphireSea~*~*~
Sapphire Sea- yeah, Spanish is ok. I know, I hate math! ;) Fun books are ok, just not SCHOOL books! I’m more of an artsy girl, especially if it involves performing. So much more fun than English or Math. It drives my mom crazy. ;) Hey Sapphire Sea, do you want to be friends on WW? I’ve read your comments, and it seems like we have a ton in common. What’s your UN? I’m gaheart. I’ll need yours though, so I know to say yes. :) hope to talk to you soon!
Math isn’t that bad, but it is a bit boring. I don’t like English because we have to write long boring essays. And I also like fun books :)
LOL poor Sparky! Today my teacher took me and the class out to play soccer baseball. And the ones who don’t want to play just gathered in a big circle and played cards under the shade. We had so much fun! I tossed a sac of water up in the air (it used to be ice because I got a headache but it melted in 2 minutes) and it landed on someone and the plastic burst! I laughed out loud, it was so funny! ~Phoenix Wind~
Wow, good luck Sparky. I’m already out of school, (got out two days ago) and my teachers gave us a lot of finals at the end of the year. You’ll make it through. (*(*dragonfish*)*)
Oh, sparky enjoy the work! Your friend sarahandlacey!  ;-) :-)
