Hey! It’s me, Molly. Millie and I have had a long day and I am exhausted! What started out as a small project turned into a major undertaking. I found out that there was a Kinzville toy drive and asked my mom if she would take us to the W Shop and let us choose some gifts that we could give away to kids who are less fortunate than us. I have some KinzCash saved up from my allowance and I thought this would be a pretty good way to spend it. My mom loved the idea and then she said that if any of my friends wanted to donate too, she could drive over and pick up the toys and deliver them to the toy drive. Isn’t that a great idea?
So I sent out an email to my friends telling them what I had in mind and the response I got was overwhelming! Almost all of my friends said that they would donate at least one toy to the toy drive. I made a list of everyone who wanted to donate and told them that we’d be there to pick up the toys on the 7th.
This morning, my mom and Millie and I headed over to the W Shop. It wasn’t easy convincing Millie to buy toys for someone else but when we explained that not every kid is as lucky as she is, she seemed to come around. Then we drove all around town to everybody’s house to pick up their donations. Our car was packed so tightly with toys there was barely room for Millie and me! It was hard work, lugging all those toys! Some of them were pretty big! And poor little Millie – I thought her eyes were going to pop out of her head when she saw me carrying this gigantic dollhouse to the car from Fluffington’s house.
When we arrived at the toy drive, they were so helpful and friendly. They were so grateful for the donations. Even Millie had a big smile on her face when they told her how much joy our donations would bring. You know, there really is nothing that makes me happier at the holidays that spreading some Christmas cheer!

hey, thats a great idea! but i tried convincing principal Mrs. CoughDrop to let us, but she said she was too busy to care about silly toys for the poor!

I wish Webkinz could make one challenge online, that whenever a person completes it, donates like, $1 to a Christmas charity.
Or maybe, for every 15 challenges completed, they send a brand new webbie to a toy drive similar to this!

I have a great idea! Maybe Ganz could make a special Christmas webkinz every year to give to different toy drives! I bet people who couldn’t afford webkinz for their kids for Christmas would love seeing their faces when they opened a cool pet like a webkinz peppermint mouse with a red head and green paws with a red, green, and white striped body and legs. And it would be free! But ONLY people who couldn’t afford webkinz would get it. The rest of us wouldn’t. and Ganz could make one for every webkinz bought.

Good job, Molly! That was an amazing idea. I bet a lot of kids will be thankful this year… All because of you (and the other people, of course!). Poor Millie! LOL that’s funny ;)

At my new school (I’m a newbie this year) we do a Toy Collection too. I brought a bunch of my old toys. I think that the kids who don’t have any will like them a lot. ;)

My class did a toy drive one year. It was really cool because we made the fundraising for it into a contest with the other classes in our grade, and then the winners got to go out and buy the toys themselves.
