Another assignment from the new teacher in town and another day we’re left scratching our heads at why the kids seem to think she’s so mean. Ms. Stripes gave us carte blanche to do her bedroom but she said that she found the color green to be really calming. She also said that she’s always dreamed of having a fireplace in her bedroom.
We went for a few items from the Green Leaf theme and combined them the Bamboo bed. We added a Flower Power Sectional in one corner and we fulfilled Ms. Stripes wish for a fireplace with a Clean and Green Fireplace in another corner as well as a big closet for all her clothes.
Again, she just loved our work! We were so relieved. I can’t understand how the kids think she’s so negative. We seem to get nothing but positive feedback from her.

I agree with designergirl101. This does not look like Elwin’s work. It’s much to calm and peaceful, although, I’d of gone for white or green chairs instead of pink. It is beautiful. jennifer
I love this room! I think Ms. Stripes has two sides to her personality. She is trying to maintain control in her classroom while she is friendly with people who work for her, maybe because she sees the twins as peers.

Wow, almost looks like my room (I don’t have pink in my room). I don’t have a fireplace, but I do have a big plasma TV in my room, and it’s awesome. :D But about Ms. Stripes Room, I think it looks awesome! One thing I don’t think that goes together with the room: The windows. I like everything else though. Green and pink do go together, so I think it’s cool. :)
@Webkinz User I don’t think the windows go either, otherwise it’s another great room by the designing duo. So nice to have them back together! ~DP
Actually, the room doesn’t look too great to me. There is way too much green and pink. The colors just clash and it looks like the items shouldn’t be together, sorry. ΩWolfBlazeX
@Webkinz User – IKR? The windows don’t go good together with the style of the room. I’d put the Rainy Day Window in the room, but yes, it would feel kinda sad though. I don’t know what window would look good in the room. But I love the look of the room, like, the colors, the fireplace, the closet – It’s all awesome. :) Yes, green and pink go very well together, so I think it looks really good. Actually, I’ve changed my mind about this room. The colors are good together, but its just the closet is way too big and the colors in it don’t match. ΩWolfBlazeX
