Out of the Parade?

Dear Diary,

Remember how Ms. Birdy and Dr. Quack said I could be Millie’s Lady-in-Waiting? And remember how my mom pointed out all kinds of good things about it? Well, she forgot to point out one very bad thing: the fact that I have to deal with Millie, world’s most demanding little queen!

I went over to Millie and Molly’s place today and to help Millie pick out her dress. I thought she should wear her bright pink dress –it’s so springy and fancy! But she wanted to wear this awful light-blue number with flowers all over it.

I told Millie that she looked more like a peasant than a queen in that dress, but she said that it was her decision. I tried to get Molly to back me up and tell Millie that I was right about the pink dress, but Molly wouldn’t get involved. Can you believe it? My own friend, not even interested in helping me out!

Millie told me that if I didn’t like her choice, maybe I shouldn’t be her lady-in-waiting (actually, she called me her ‘gravy-in-waiting’, but I corrected her).

I told her that if she thought she could get ready all by herself, maybe she should try.

She told me to get out of her palace and to never show my face again.

So I stomped all the way home.

And all the way up to my room.

And slammed my door.

I guess I’m not going to be in the parade after all. Wonderful.

OK TRY THIS ! Go talk to her Mom let her know the problem and see if she can help. Millie being so bossy and your thoughts of which dress would look best Mom can help. Maybe she can get a second hand dress at a thrift store thats great or a new one for this special occasion. Remember pre-used dresses arent always so bad. Some of them are really great !! Like a wedding dress just add different spring flowers on it and it would look perfect !!

OMG Cowabelle whatever Millie wears its not ur problem if she wears that dress who cares!

Everyone should have been more polite, they were rude.

Think about this Cowabelle: Millie is a little girl and she sees the world in another way. She chooses to wear what she feels more comfortable in, not something special for the occasion. She will look beautiful in whatever she wears because she´ll be enjoying being a queen. Besides she will be wearing the tiara (which will be pretty enough for her to feel like a queen). Werallunique ☺☻♥♪♫☼ ;) :)

She should have just been quiet after she started to get angry.

IT was kinda mean of Cowabelle to say she looked like a peasant instead of a queen to Millie.

i used to twirl baton and was in alot of parades, you know what Cowabelle, it is more fun to watch the parade than to be in it. just think of all the candies you are going to get by watching it. when you are in it you do not get any. **my ryelee33**

Its really Millies choice isn’t it .I mean it should be what Millie feels happy in.

no offense Cowabelle, but you get way too overworked over things like this!

Your saying Millies an over demanding queen, Cowabelle I think you are the over demanding queen, ~*Sigs*~

      • Boston ROCKs...well aren't you a barrel full of flowers says:

Cowabelle, Millie can do what she want’s to do, and maybe she likes blue better than pink, after all, my cousin is like that

Cowabelle, chill it. You seem a little like a control freak. Just because you are not the star of the show, doesn’t mean you have to make Millie follow your ”steps”. Millie can do whatever she wants, when it comes to what she is wearing. As for Molly, she doesn’t have to help you. Maybe if you looked at the bigger picture, you would know why she isn’t helping you. -The 49th Warrior■■■

I totally agree with @The 49th Warrior and @sarahandlacey on this one Cowabelle. This is getting way to out of hand, you are acting as though you are the queen of everything. And I’m sorry to say; BUT YOU’RE NOT! Try and think of how other people feel, instead of always thinking about yourself. It was totally Millie’s decision on what dress she wears, wouldn’t YOU want to be able to pick out your own dress without someone trying to persuade you to do otherwise? Try this: Treat other people how YOU want to be treated. *The Stargazer*

yes she got kicked out of the parade, serves u right cowabelle

          • sarahandlacey says:

Millie can wear what ever she wants to! You try to boss everone around, and you allways think about your self! I like I said You’re going to be one lonely cow! Your friend sarahandlacey! :mrgreen; ;-) :-)

          • oldwooffie says:

I totally agree sarahandlacey! I mean, I know about tempers. I’ve done things like this, but I’ve always felt sorry. And this is way different. She’s just a piglet. (lol) If you really didn’t want her to wear that dress, you should have told her a complement about how pretty the blue dress was, but you thought that pink was more suitable for the parade, and that the crowd doesn’t deserve to see such a beutiful dress without paying. (The only excuse I have)

      • wowza says:

i so agree with your sister cowabelle! it was her decision!
