Picnic Recipe 4: Fruit Salad

 

 

 

 

 

 

What you need:

-          3 peaches, sliced

-          3 bananas, peeled and sliced

-          1 pint strawberries, washed and halved

-          1 cup blueberries, washed

-          2 tablespoons pineapple juice

 

What you do:

1.       Toss all the fruit together in a big bowl with the pineapple juice.

2.       Try putting your own slant on this salad by substituting any of the ingredients with fruits of your choosing. It’s all good!

    It’s a simple snack that’s healthy, but yummy. Sounds good to me!

    Fruit salad also tastes great mixed with a little bit of sour cream, sugar, and grenadine. It makes a yummy pink sauce.
