Sounds great, but definitely remind those making it that if they put the peaches in and leave it for any amount of time after a few hours, the salad will become bitter. This can be fixed by either serving it fresh as soon as you make it, or using canned peaches.

This sounds delicious but how do you have summer fruit salad without watermelon?! Try this: make balls of watermelon and cantaloupe, add green and red grapes, mix frozen orange juice with water and small amount of corn syrup to make a light glaze and mix through, put sliced kiwi and strawberries on top. Delish!
