Hey everyone! PJ Collie here with some great advice about making sure you stay hydrated.
Staying hydrated means drinking enough water to keep your body healthy and working well. Personally, I try to always have a thermos of water within reach. I love cold water with slices of lemon or lime in it (so refreshing). If I’m exercising, I make sure to drink extra water (while I exercise and after I’m done). In warm weather, you also want to drink up – the more you sweat, the more you need to replace the water.
If you get a bit tired of water, milk is another great option. Juice is OK, too – but it tends to have lots of sugar in it, so don’t have TOO much.

I will drink water if I’m really dry but it is not my favorite drink, I love pineapple juice!!

hey i like chocolate milk or lemonade. i don’t drink a lot of water but i do drink a good amount a day . I dont like you pj. you talk too much.

I don’t drink much water at all, actually. Come to think of it, I only drink about 2 or 3 glasses a day. Thanks for the advice, PJ… I probably should be drinking more.
I like water, and water with lemon is really good too if you like lemons!
I don’t really drink much water. I have a sip or two at night with my allergy stuff, and I drink some Thursday nights at dance. I guess I mostly drink milk. One glass (with Nesquic chocolate milk mix) for breakfast, and one more (just plain) with supper, and either juice or mint tea (cold) with lunch. Sometimes I’ll have soda with lunch or when we’ve been doing errands ect. I also drink soda when we eat out, unless they have milk and it is around suppertime. Ordinarily I don’t drink too awful much, I’m not really thirsty that much. But that’s just me.
