Hey everyone! PJ Collie here with some great advice about making sure you stay hydrated.
Staying hydrated means drinking enough water to keep your body healthy and working well. Personally, I try to always have a thermos of water within reach. I love cold water with slices of lemon or lime in it (so refreshing). If I’m exercising, I make sure to drink extra water (while I exercise and after I’m done). In warm weather, you also want to drink up – the more you sweat, the more you need to replace the water.
If you get a bit tired of water, milk is another great option. Juice is OK, too – but it tends to have lots of sugar in it, so don’t have TOO much.

I like to drink nice cool water just out of the fridge. Or, if I don’t feel like going all the way to the fridge, room temp. water that I keep in all the rooms I normally go in. At school, I usually drink about 2 water bottles, and then one more at home. School hasn’t started yet though :) so I’m not sure how much I drink…
I drink water,strawberry milk and no sugar apple juice. That all I drink cuz i dont like any other drinks!!!!!!!!! :) ** Sara**
I like drinking cold water that is what I drink a lot of when I am at work. I also drink plenty in the morning when I know I am going to mow the yard. I try to make sure I had plenty before I start anything that is going to take a lot out of me, and keep it up during the activity. :)
Pop dehydrates you. My cross country coach says that if you drink a can of pop, you’d need to drink around 30 glasses of water to balance it. I drink mostly milk, but I’m starting to get in the habit of drinking more water.

I drink water alot, and one or two glasses of milk, and then one glass of juice a day. But my favourite thing to drink is Fizzy Mineral Water. Yum!
Milk! I LOVE MILK! I actually like it better than soda! I even love it after a workout. Milk is just delicious! …and healthy, too!
